If I could give zero stars I would I’m utterly appalled by the Service I’ve received I ordered a 2 in 1 garden sofa last week I was informed it would be delivery on Tuesday this week still waiting apparently the item went back to the GLS depot in Alicante I contacted leeroy Merlin who then contacted the company called tec take you sold my the sofa no information back for at least 24 hours same again Wednesday then Thursday all I get from leeroy Merlin it’s going to be delivered never no day or time I’ve even extended my flight home also I’ve asked for a refund only to be told just refuse the delivery when it arrives then I ask when will it arrive all I get is dont know I’ve even contacted by bank and asked for a charge back utter garbage service

If I could give zero stars I would after today’s debacle took out a short contract with these clowns to the person who was dealing with me was serving three other people at the same time I was given a SIM card envelope that was open minus the SIM card then given another one gets home places it into my devise doesn’t work got on chat for a couple of hours SIM card was activated switched device on and off still didn’t work it in numerous devices still don’t work chat yet again was informed a problem with the SIM card I could do either of two things wait for a new SIM card or visit curry’s at Leeds crown point yet again so I visited a utter disaster staff don’t have clue whatsoever ignored by a member of staff while he’s in his phone spoke to someone finally very disappointed with his total attitude very arrogant finally issued with yet another SIM card travels from crown point to the other side of Leeds places the sim in my devise guess what it doesn’t work iPad is unlocked so the sim should work probably if I was buying a expensive phone I would have received better treatment I certainly will not be purchasing another thing from Id mobile Leeds crown point

Hey there Mark, we're very sorry to hear that you have had issues with your SIM card(s), and also, with the level of customer service you've received.

Firstly, the reason your SIM card might not be working is because we don't officially support any devices other than handsets. Therefore, it's hit and miss as to whether a SIM card would work in a device such as an iPad. Please see the below approved devices:

Secondly, we apologise that you have received a very poor level of customer service, and we would love to put this right. Please can you email us on socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk, with an overview of all the issues you've encountered, both with your SIM cards and the customer service, as well as the stores you've had these issues, and your personal details. From there, we can discuss and investigate everything further with you.
