Review of Premier Property Lawyers
I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my property purchase by this solicitor. Despite completing all payments on time, the AP1 form for the title transfer was not submitted until 34 days after completion, resulting in the loss of the priority period. This delay puts my property transfer at significant risk.
I trusted them to manage this process efficiently, yet their lack of urgency and professionalism has caused unnecessary stress. Communication has been poor, and I’m still waiting for a clear explanation. I expected much better and cannot recommend their services based on this experience.

Review of My Home Move Conveyancing
I’m currently using My Home Move Conveyancing to buy my first home, and the experience has been frustrating. Many of my emails go unanswered, and whenever I try to call, I’m directed to voicemail with no one available to assist. As a first-time buyer, I expected clear and frequent communication, especially given how important this decision is to me.
For instance, they informed me that the seller’s solicitor responded to a query, but then I noticed they sent the same query back to the seller’s solicitor without any explanation. This left me confused and with no one to turn to for clarity. I would strongly advise against using their services!

Review of Co-operative Legal Services
I used the Co-op website for home buying conveyancing, but it's important to know that Co-op doesn't handle your legal work directly. Instead, they refer you to one of their network partners, and in my case, they sent me to Premier Property Lawyers.

While it’s true that Co-op isn’t directly handling my legal work, I believe they should take responsibility for the services provided by their referral partners. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using their services!

Review of So Energy
I recently purchased an electric vehicle and contacted So Energy to inquire about special nighttime rates for EV owners. Unfortunately, they only offer a standard 2-rate tariff, charging 20p/kWh at night. In contrast, competitors like Octopus Energy provide much lower rates at 7.5p/kWh. Additionally, when I expressed interest in switching to a new tariff, I was informed that I would first have to pay an exit fee before changing plans. I argued that transitioning to a new plan would result in me purchasing more electricity over a longer period, questioning the rationale behind their inflexibility. The exit fee, I believed, was intended to prevent customers from switching suppliers, not tariffs within the same company. Sadly, their customer support was utterly inflexible.
This experience has been quite frustrating, and I've decided not to continue using their services after my contract concludes.
