Very easy to book online, but I had a query which was very quickly sorted when I rang the booking line. Overall always a good experience. In my opinion an exceptional company with caring staff, from the office staff to the drivers etc. Skills will always my first choice.

Assistant was very helpful and knowledgable.

From consultation to installation everything was made so easy. We were kept up to date as to what was happening via phone and email and nothing was too much trouble. The lads that came to get the drive ready and the lads who did the resin were very pleasant and took time to explain what they were doing and how long before we could use the driveway etc.
I cannot recommend this company enough from sales, office and workmen they were all very competent and very polite.
We would definitely recommend and would certainly use again if we required anything.

So easy to do

Really easy to order and very tasty when eaten.

The whole booking experience was very easy and confirmation immediate.

Bus, hotel, staff all very very good. Downside booked Jersey Boys in the Trossachs with visit to Sconce Palace, but Sconce Palace closed until Easter (no fault of Skills) changed to Stirling Castle. Problem was dropped first in Stirling at shopping centre for several hours and nothing else to do but sit in centre and wait. Same shops as at home Boots, M&S for example and I did not go to Scotland to visit a shopping centre, surely something else could have been arranged,

Next day visit to Loch Lomand Shores now if you don’t know this is another shopping outlet, so be aware. There is a bird sanctuary and an aquarium which were good. No cruises on Loch Lomand as again did not start until Easter again no fault of skills.

Next disappointment was no Jersey Boys and this was the biggest disappointment as we had booked this trip only as they were performing. Another group was on, but it was such a disappointment as we would not have booked this trip if we had known.

Overall a disappointing trip. On saying this, this will not deter us from using Skills in the future as we have had several very good trips with them I the past.

The porch itself is extremely good and made of very sturdy wood. It would have been nice to have wooden dowels to cover the bolts as these are seen, but saying that we are very pleased with our purchase and the service given. There were a couple of issues. We thought as in the information on buying we had everything needed for the porch, but this was not so. We had to purchase the tiles separately at another cost and we have enough tiles to do at least another porch, why we were sent and charged for so many I don’t understand. Also the ridge tiles (not sure if that is the correct word) we’re missing and as we only had the builder for two days he purchased some from the local DIY.

From start to finish a very positive experience. Installation team arrived at stated time and worked extremely hard. The whole house was finished in a day and a half. Very pleasant team and very friendly. We are so pleased with our new windows they are good quality and the value for money.

Great customer service. Prices very good. Good choice of trips.

Only downside for myself was no pickup in Hucknall which made it more difficult to join trip and added to the price of the excursion.
