I did not get the advertised results. In requesting a return per the 100 day policy, a VERY DIFFICULT process. First my request was before the 100 days, then I supposed exceeded the 120 day deadline. Once that was cleared up, they only wanted to give a gift certificate (3 different offers with 3 different amounts). Finally they agreed to give me the return information BUT...I was required to pay shipping and this was to CHINA! Allowing up to 1 month of processing once they received the item. I should have known better when it took 6weeks to receive the item and event then it was damaged and they had to send another one...waited an additional month for the replacement.

Sizes are not consistently true. Some material quality was disappointing. The refund has taken over 2 weeks to be returned to my account. This is NOT acceptable! Will not order anything from your site again!
