What a hassle to deal with!

I did not get the advertised results. In requesting a return per the 100 day policy, a VERY DIFFICULT process. First my request was before the 100 days, then I supposed exceeded the 120 day deadline. Once that was cleared up, they only wanted to give a gift certificate (3 different offers with 3 different amounts). Finally they agreed to give me the return information BUT...I was required to pay shipping and this was to CHINA! Allowing up to 1 month of processing once they received the item.
I should have known better when it took 6weeks to receive the item and event then it was damaged and they had to send another one...waited an additional month for the replacement.

Great Products that works wonders

Well, time to write something real and objective. I got my sculpting product at the beginning of September. As you non-believers can see I don't only have one or two reviews. Shipping took a bit of time and yes it does come from China but in all seriousness, what doesn't these days? If you base a product on that you have to throw out half of what you have at your house. Anyways, back to Nordic Sculpt: The thing works. I have lost belly fat and my skin is leaner. Most times I try and use it every day for my belly, every second day for my arms and legs. Was I sceptical? Yes, I won't lie. But I don't like throwing false information around before I've tested something. It is work, it doesn't go overnight and you have to be as consistent as you are with a work out. I am in my menopause phase, I changed my eating habits at the beginning of this year but instead of losing weight I gain weight. It's frustrating af. But now for the first time in a long time I actually see a difference on my body. If you expect a miracle you'll be disappointed. But if you're 'slow & steady wins the race' this will definitely work for you. The customer service is great as well, I had a few questions and always got an answer in at least a day. The only negative thing, and I've said this on Facebook and IG: Stop with your fake profiles advertising your product, it really turns people off and we're not stupid. If there are 30 different profiles that all have the same content it's pretty obvious they're not real. So yes, I can definitely recommend buying NordicSculpt.

Dimples was very helpful; my product arrived with some scratches, but he managed to send me a new one. I recommend their support. The product is nice, but it needs a lot of time to cool down because it heats up very quickly.

Twin mom experience …

I am a twin mom and the only reason I’m leaving this review is I would have loved to see someone in a similar position to me leave a true review. I am honestly so happy with this product , I was apprehensive about results as the before and after pictures in the promotion are a bit far fetched in my option but that being said I bought the Nordic sculpt anyway and I am so happy I did. I definitely can see a difference and it has made my extra skin on my belly less noticeable. I have only used it for 2 months (10 min about 3-5 days a week).
I didn’t take before pictures but I wish I do so I could should other people in similar situations to give this product a chance . I am very impressed and will keep using this product to see how much more my skin tightens up.

Regarding the 100 day guarantee or money back, emailed customer support to request this and no response . I had enough issues after ordering so I want the full refund made asap ! It doesn’t work and I have used it daily with zero change!

Simple and Effective

I'm an older woman in my late 50s, and I’ll admit I’m not very tech savvy. Nordicsculpt is simple enough; just plug it in, turn it on, and it does the job of massaging your body. That part I really like. But honestly, for the price, I expected a bit more. It works fine, but I wish it came with a proper case and felt a little sturdier overall.

I was having issues with my bodyculpt…

I was having issues with my bodyculpt machine getting louder and hotter, and sent an email to Nordic Sculpt regarding the warranty. I heard back within two days and after verifying the issues I was having via video, they expedited replacing the product and a new machine was shipped within a week. Erika was super responsive, proactive and wonderful to deal with. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

I just received the Nordic sculpt about…

I just received the Nordic sculpt about a week ago and I’ve only been using it a few times a week but I’ve upped it to every second day for 15 minutes. I haven’t seen any results yet but it’s too soon but I do like the feeling of it and it’s really easy to operate. I had trouble at first putting the white fuzzy cloth on, but I emailed Nordic and Erika was very kind to explain how to do it and it’s meant to be tight fitting but if I still had any issues to not hesitate to contact them. It’s been a little while now that I’ve been using it and I am noticing a difference. I’m thrilled!
