Elegoo does not post low stars reviews

Elegoo does not post low stars reviews, which happened for me with my Mars 3 Pro, and possibly is common for Orange Mega.
It takes a lot of time to get Elegoo support attention. But when you finally get it they really help.
Printers print great, but machine quality is terrible. Mars arrived broken, Saturn has some problems with touch screen

Order not received - qwertee ignoring me.

They are ignoring my complaints on not receiving an order, that they claim that they did send.
(order #6146279 ).
I'm hoping to either get my money back or get the T-shirts.
Also normal shipping time is 1 month, which is ridiculous!
