I placed on order on the 24th January 2025 and still nothing and no communication either. I think this is one of those dodgy companies. Don't waste your time. They advertise great products but no delivery and no communication.

Sie haben am 24.01.2025 vorm Wochenende bei uns eine Bestellung getätigt. Das Lieferdatum für Ihre Bestellten Artikel war für den 12.02.25 - 14.02.25 avisiert. Am 15.02.2025 erhielten Sie eine Nachricht, das die Bestellung leider noch ein wenig verzögere. Schließlich wurde es von uns am 20.02.2025 an DHL übergeben und wurde am 26.02.2025 zugestellt in den Niederlanden.
Keine Kommunikation?

I placed an order on the 2nd December with the promise of next day delivery or one day after...still no delivery. No communication. DHL tracking number doesnt exist.
Edit: They have a chatbot Alice who is most useless. They sent me 5 emails asking me for my postcode, which I sent every time. Still no response, and no package has been received. I think this is a VERY dodgy company. DO NOT BUY HERE. STAY AWAY.
First of all, it is enough that you don't get even a snack or any entertainment onboard, but now there is poor customer service to boot. I checked in and selected my seats, but they kept changing my selection after it was confirmed. But my query relates to lost luggage. I landed on Sunday and am still waiting for my luggage. Received an email that the bag was found and it would be delivered yesterday, but nothing came. I used the online chat, but they couldn't help. I called the call centre, but they couldn't help. Very poor communication. I don't recommend using this airline. Lord knows when my luggage will arrive. They certainly not bothered about the effects of delayed luggage on customers.
I am still waiting on a package that should have been delivered ages ago. Your customer service lied saying the address ddoesn't exist! I do know where I live. I find this behaviour quite unprofessional. And no communication about where the package is!

I placed an order and till the next day received no confirmation of order. I sent them an email through their contact page and still no response. Seems my money vanished into thin air. Be wary about this store.

Very disappointed. Package was supposed to be delivered on Friday. We waited and noone came. Then we got a message to say we were not home, which was not true. Then they said they will deliver the following Tuesday....(today)....again we got a message saying, now there are delays, they will deliver tomorrow. Seems a bit unreliable.
Ordered a dress. What I received was not what was advertised. False advertising. The dress does not come with a white collar or white sleeve cuff. What a waste. The time and effort to do returns is not even worth it. Highly disappointed as the quality of the clothes is usually excellent.
Very poor communication. Emailed them to follow up on package...No response. Still received nothing. Will not be purchasing from them again. If you need goods in a hurry, do not purchase here.
