This level of service is unacceptable
I purchased a wardrobe from this company and, over a week later, I still haven't heard anything from them. It's impossible to get in touch via their advertised phone number, and none of their tracking web pages work. They leave customers completely in the dark, offering no updates or communication. To make matters worse, any emails I send are met with automatic replies containing links to pages that don't function properly. This level of service is unacceptable.

Bought what was meant to be a luggage set from amazon from these scammers. Paid over £100 what we got was a shoe rack thats older than the hills and showing online for £50absolutely avoid!!!!!! Have all evidence to prove this post is real

THESE PEOPLE ARE UNCONTACTABLE - CAVEAT EMPTOR!!
Ordered 4 wooden garden chairs which arrived in good time. 2 days after unboxing one of the seat slats snapped (I weight 60Kg). Next day I discovered the sliding arms of two other chairs were not properly fitted into the sliding groove, so useless for reclining. Tried the phone - after trying for days got through to hear no English available! Tried various emails with photos, none of which recognised by Chrome despite forwarding every which way! Had a reply via the portal (I think) that confessed to being AI and not understanding my complaint! No further response from there. So these people do not want to engage once they have ripped you off with substandard products.
Shocking Customer Service Do Not Use
Trampoline not received after two weeks, phoned German number twice, after listening to 3 minutes of every language pressed English then no customer service available, message said to email, 4 emails later, no reply after 3 days, tracked with Yodel but not received by Yodel and told to contact Deuba. So had to get a £253 claim on Pay Pal. Very unhappy as child’s present.
Delighted with my purchase
I ordered a tall bathroom cabinet it was delivered quickly, I was informed of the delivery company who then told me when it would be delivered. The quality is excellent, my grandsons put it together with absolutely no problems and it looks just how I had hoped it would in my bathroom. Would highly recommend this company.
umbrella does not fit good
The plastic umbrella holder was already broken in the box.
Even if it was not broken it is too small compared to the hole in the table so does not fit good.
Even if the holder and the table could fit perfectly, the umbrella stick is too loose, so even with a light wind, it just flies away. I wish I had read the previous comments before purchasing the product.

I bought Boston 7-piece acacia wood garden seating set- model 1 table and 6 chairs. There were cracks during some screwing during product assembly. This is because the screwing channels were not opened properly and it was a technically poorly prepared product. There were cracks on the chair leg and a section of the table. Since the explanations in the assembly booklet are not sequential and explanatory, it will be difficult and troublesome for those who do not understand during assembly and may even cause parts to break.
I called the company but couldn't reach anyone, I corresponded with the virtual assistant via chatbot but the chatbot couldn't find the product. The emails I sent afterwards were answered, albeit late. Thank you for sending the broken assembly parts to my address.

Awful customer service/product
Awful customer service and awful product - damaged in several places to the point of being un-useable. Pictures sent to customer service of the wood literally hanging off and fractured. Their response was to deny even a partial refund unless I repackage and send back to Germany. Aside from the expense, due to the large size of the product and the damaged packaging this is completely unrealistic and unreasonable. The company is all too aware of this. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Reliable Customer Support????? NO.
Their web site claims "Reliable Customer Support"... er NO! I sent my problem via both the service portal AND an email (the latter gave a "read report" within a couple of minutes). Two weeks later, zero response - not even an auto response. So it looks like once you've bought something, that's it, you're on your own. Fortunately ther are other suppliers... Caveat Emptor as they say.

This company sells on AMAZON. We bought some good-looking outside wooden chairs called CASERIA.
Beware. The price seems good but you do ALL the work, assembly, they need oiling (apparently) or they start to split apart, which is what happened. The quality of the wood and screws is very very poor. DON'T buy from DEUBA or CASERIA outside furniture. There is no warranty if the chairs break, which they will.
6' x 6' greenhouse
Bought a 6' x 6' greenhouse (flat pack). Beautifully engineered, and all components present. Assembly instructions in the pack insufficient but those on the website excellent. And for £210 what a bargain!
After sales service
I recently ordered some shelving for the garage unfortunately I had an accident and damaged some of the parts . I need to replace these parts before i can continue to erect the shelving .. I have tried and better tried sending them email after email to get an answer to my problem but its a month now and no answer . The after sales service is Zero .
Good start then downhill
Target delivery 17th July delivered 4days early with only 1 hours notice entailing mad dash home. Opened box to find that a support bearer for table top split by over tightening during construction. Bought through Amazon and complaint fielded . On request sent pictures to company with close ups of damage. More request from company for part number despite easily identified in photos. Reproduced their instruction manual with part defined in red only to be told part not in warehouse. Transpired table removed from Amazon site and their catalogue Offered me £25 reduction but as disabled needed to pay someone to fix part. In the end forced to accept £32 Very shoddy customer service ( didn't listen to me ) and played me along when they knew it was a discontinued table. Can see why discontinued as very shoddy with holes missing and screws and allen keys made of soft metal and strip. Wood joints misaligned, the list goes on. What a great table if they had played the game and had a better manufacturer and were honest with me.

What ever you do please please don't do any business with this company, they never answer when there's a problem, I'm still waiting for a refund I will probably get it at Christmas ho-ho-ho .
They take there time to do everything apart from take your money , so be warned.
