Awful customer service. Their signup process doesn't work custom customer supprt can't get their head around this. Do I trust them to handle my goods ... Nop. I even said you've about to get a bad customer review and they asked me do clarify.

would I trust quant connect to run a live algo with real money NO!!! The coding environment has lots of bugs, wont save files, this is a frequent occurance, projects fail to open for hours then magically fix themselves according to support. Their AI assistan is garbage. Their documention is poor they basically want you to buy their book for another 36 USD. First month in and lots of wasted time.
Under no circumstances use AON—awful returns on investment, awful customer service. They don’t know their own rules and procedures; they just make your life a misery.
Potico have ruined my surprise yet again... Use someone else as I should have done😒. This is the second order with potico and they have failed to deliver my girlfriends flowers on both occasions, the delivery people only speak Thai and they do not coordinate with their drivers at all. Not good enough.

Firstly the biggest problem is the massive false advertising campaign they push! they DO NOT use AI to generate signals, in fact their developers and founders dont even understand AI on a fundamental level. SAVE YOUR Money! , this is an unreliable piece of software and a waste of money. They rely on hedging to avoid losses and accounts blowing up. While this is a good idea, the system generated signal are unreliable at best. All of my prop accounts lost money. This piece of software costs over 4000 USD for 1 year. What was I thinking, all I can say is this was a hard lesson learnt. One more thing is they actively remove bad comments and feed back on their YouTube channel, enough said I think 🤔
