Absolutely crap

Absolutely crap. I wanted to join as a courier and I couldn’t even select my area in Manchester and a lot of areas in Manchester, wasn’t even on there! I ended up choosing another area and after spending an hour onboarding they tell me that I’m now on a waiting list. Absolutely useless and I was a bigger fool for even wanting to work with a company called Stuart! Let’s be honest, what the actual 😂

At the moment, some areas (including certain parts of Manchester) may not be available due to limited delivery volume or high courier demand.

We know this isn’t ideal, and we appreciate how frustrating it can be. Your feedback is fully valid, and we’re already working on improving transparency in the onboarding process, especially around location availability, so applicants know what to expect before getting started.

Illegal activities

Illegal activities. I paid £0.50p to check a record of myself. They couldn’t find any of my details. They then try to charge me £39! The absolute scum of the earth. They should be prosecuted for misleading people. Absolutely disgusting.

Excellent. They paid out for my financed car. Nobody else would finance me because my credit score is average. Moneyway came through and I am grateful for their trust. They trust in me to repay them their money and I will. They are also helping my credit score overall. It should grow nicely over the duration of my 60 month finance agreement. Thank you Moneyway! We was declined asset finance based on…

We was declined asset finance based on speculation. Our monthly income was showing £10k per month consistency. They didn’t like the fact that we had high outcome. I explained that we had payroll going out each month as expected. They had issues with our closing balances. I then explained that we have £4000 cash at hand in our savings account. Cutting it short they wouldn’t even put it through to their lending panel. Just another broke broker playing Russian roulette with a janky conscience. I’d give -100 stars if I could do.

They made the refund very easy for me

They made the refund very easy for me. I ordered a pair of BOON bag gloves in blue. They didn’t fit unfortunately. I sent them back and they refunded me without hesitation. I decided to leave them this review because of I felt bad for returning something! I did indeed want and need the gloves but my hands are gigantic. The wife loves em. Gloves don’t tho.

This company has been a very supportive…

This company has been a very supportive rock for me throughout a very difficult time suffering with mental health issues and losing my father. A lady called Sabiha helped me so much and the manager Sarah and also phil for some solid advice. I needed my IVA closing with a positive restitution and they was able to help me get the IVA closed. I can now hopefully rebuild my financial life and one day obtain a mortgage that’s the dream thank you for helping me towards that dream. God bless you all.

They would not even give me a quote

They would not even give me a quote! I have no understanding, as to why they told me, I did not qualify for a fast food insurance policy but they declined me. There was know supporting reason. I find it extremely embarrassing that we live in an economy where you need insurance to deliver food! It is absurd. Also, companies like this are thirsting for a bottom tier job! It is really sad, that working class people have to pay for insurance, alongside another insurance policy, just to make a few quid. I was declined without just cause! What an outlandish response they gave me and you should be absolutely ashamed.

Absolute sausages the lot of them. Applied for car finance and every Tom dick and Harry have my details and I’m getting random email about my application being declined. It’s like they absolutely crucify you just because your credit score wasn’t that great 👍 then you end up with tons of soft searches and hard searches which makes you even more pathetic on the credit spectrum.

Passed my test because of Ahmad

Passed my test because of Ahmad. He’s a very relaxed and professional driving instructor. He picks up on bad driving habits quickly and Corrects them. He was willing to drive me to Buxton for my test and gave some extra time for me to practice parking. I would definitely recommend him if your in the Tameside area. He may even come further.

Absolutely horrendous customer service with agents who talk to you like crap! Thanks Madan for telling me what i need to do but not explaining what i actually needed to do! No customer contact via phone if your outside the UK! I had nothing but trouble since the beginning and i am so sorry i signed up! They took my money and then laughed in my face when i needed help with a simple request!

Disgrace

Disgrace. Used them before in the past without no issues & as of recent the customer service is dreadful & they do not care about customer compassion! They have no logical explanations as to why & what. My application got declined because of an imaginary IVA that they got mixed up with another customer. I was livid how they tried to discriminate me over it.
