I required an activation key for a desktop that I purchased, after contacting AWD-IT and spoke to a guy called Joe and within 2 hours he had e-mailed the information back to me.
Now that's what I call excellent service.

The 2 delivery guys, Graham&Martin (BDC-030-578) done an excellent job assembling our new sofa and 2 recliner chairs. A refreshing change these days. Very pleased with our new furniture. These lads are a credit to SCS.

Very good service in the showroom at Interchange store Kempston.
Raz the manager was very helpful and informative regarding our purchase of 2 recliner chairs and a recliner sofa.
We are aware of delivery times and realise that these can be flexible but as we have an existing suite this is not a problem.
We were left to walk around the store without being pestered which made our visit stress free.
