You get 1 star for still offering cars from EZ Drive Car Rental. Internet is full of reviews about them not returning deposits (hundreds of pounds) to people. In essence, you deliver new victims for this scam company.

I managed to create 4 variants of prompts that broke their AI, the topic was Tax Accounting. Reviewer's response was that I should create prompts that are based on US GAAP... US GAAP, Carl! In the first place hire professionals to review tasks who know what the US GAAP (any GAAP) is about, who know that tax matters are not regulated by any GAAP and US GAAP in particular! I broke your system! Our collaboration ends here.
Awful experience! Rather choose from other 5-6 car rentals available at Copenhagen Airport. Europcar will abuse your card details and charge whatever they want without even informing you. They just act from a position of strength - they have your bank card details. I booked a car with my flight ticket on third-party website. I did my rides and returned the car. At the return I was told that everything is fine, thank you and good bye. And then later I discovered that they charged my account without even informing me - sending a notice/invoice/receipt etc. Just took what they wanted. It turned out that Europcar has a limit of 90km per day. I provided them with my booking confirmation where you can clearly see that there's nothing about that limit and no reference to any terms & conditions containing that condition. They response was ignorant talk about that it's valid condition and I should speak to the middleman. Only mere assertions and zero documental proof. Another very important aspect is that it's 100% europcar's employee's negligence that she did not document the odometer reading at the time and place of return and did not have me signed it. Again, just mere assertions and zero documental proof for the charge. Just took what they wanted. If this not an abuse of customer's personal/card details then what is? Poor performance, negligence, ignorance - this is europcar. Steer clear.

In this case you have booked through a 3rd part, broker. Therefore, you have accepted their terms and conditions, which includes limited kilometers and this was also informed on the rental agreement.
