Ordered a part on 7th March

Ordered a part on 7th March, it never arrived.
Ordered from a different company and I received delivery next day.
After emailing Espares back and forth for weeksthey offered me an online voucher, as I have no need for a voucher I requested the payment into my bank as that was the method of the original transaction but it seems my request is being ignored.
Very disappointed in Espares customer service.
