Brilliant customer service! Nina was so helpful and efficient and the part arrived the next day - Not the best time for the fridge freezer to fail but thanks to this wonderful company we managed to repair a Kenwood fridge/freezer ourselves looking at the brilliant instructions from Kingdom Appliance Care website, without any loss of food and at minimum cost.
