Absolutely fuming..😡😡 went to buy some serums as i saw advert for it and thought id give it a try, but whilst the order was processing, they wouldn't proceed with what I wanted to buy and forced me to get upgrade after upgrade and buy more products which I didn't even want, i was stuck and I couldn't go back because they said it would put multiple charges on my card, so when it totalled up at the end it came to over £250 !!! They literally took all my money and that was for baby milk and diapers, Plus they added 3 expensive subscriptions that i didnt know about and didn't want either..😡😡😡 had to phone my bank and block my card immediately.. this so called company needs reporting and stopping..and report it as unauthorised payments. What an absolute SCAM !!!!!!!!!!

We had some major mix ups and delays with our parcels as one was the wrong size and had to be sent back, so we purchased a smaller play pen which got lost in the courier service, but all the way through, Kim was very helpful and brilliant, she went out of her way, including on her day off to make sure we got our items as we were panicking, so thankyou Kim and God bless 🙌

Bought some kale from the trinity street aldi store in bolton Lancashire, went to prepare tea and noticed that it was full of tiny white flies, when looked up what they were, they are called cabbage white flies, and they damage the harvest and make it less marketable. Had to throw it away. Absolutely fuming how they can sell people produce in that condition.

Since I have been getting wegovy for weight management, the deliveries have always been on time and the staff were very helpful when I needed advice when I had to put my treatment on hold due to becoming pregnant, and they reassured me that there will always be plenty of stock,😊😊 as in the past, when I was purchasing saxenda, it went out of stock, and unfortunately i re gained all the weight I lost.

I am amending my review from the original one I put on due to the amazing Hudson brown who sorted out our exchange and partial refund (the guy should have a managerial role as he is brilliant) when the second bed arrived in exchange, there was issues with it, which when we phoned regarding these, they quickly got resolved, also thanks to julie p who gave us a further refund for all the stress and inconvenience it caused us especially with me being heavily pregnant

Bed finally arrived after being cocked up a few times with the delivery. Ordered a zena ottoman gas lift storage bed, mattress is great, but the bed is far too difficult to assemble. It's taken us all day just to put half of it together, still trying to suss it out, why is it so bloody hard to put together? Really Stressful, and extremely frustrating for a woman who is 7 months pregnant. 😔

Good selection of movies but the adverts make it impossible to watch. Totally ruined it. Didn't get the whole way through a whole film as had to turn it off because the adverts became an overwhelming annoyance

Amazing product, it really works. Me and my partner have been trying for several years, nothing was happening, I saw this product online, first I was a bit sceptical as you hear a lot of people saying it's a marketing scam and it won't work. Believe me, it is no marketing scam and it DOES work, pregnant after two months of taking these pills. Thankyou so much

Every delivery from this service is usually great and on time, but the last delivery was apparently "attempted to deliver" 3 times, but there was no card posted through the door to say an attempt had been made and that parcel was quite an important one which had to be returned to the place where I got it from as I had no notification that it was coming on that day or nothing. And with it being delayed has caused a bit of an inconvenience, other than that, the main delivery guy who does our area is always polite and always hands us our items personally.

Absolute Rip off.. what the hell are we even paying for a monthly subscription for? Now even more to remove ads when almost everything on there is STILL either "rent or buy" and it can cost up to £5 to rent a movie, when you pay an expense subscription, most things on there should be available to watch, like netflix, not locked behind a paywall?? What is the point?? also why is it, when I want to watch certain paranormal shows, the decent ones always seem to come up as "not available" or only available to buy seasons, then the next season onwards isn't available??? it's an absolute joke!! Won't be renewing the subscription!! 😡

We ordered some mens jeans, when they arrived, they didn't fit, they were too small, and were way too long on the leg, therefore we sent the items back as instructed. But when it came down to giving us our money back, it's impossible. Waited almost a month already, been sending numerous messages backwards and forwards for them to say we have to wait a further 8 days. This is unacceptable as they are quick enough to take our money and they have their stuff back.we want our money back!! Now they are saying it "needs to be investigated" ?? Absolutely fuming!! We are late on paying our rent now because we were relying on the refund this company owes us. My partner has severe anxiety and now this has had had a detrimental effect on his mental health.

Prices have gone up, yet almost everything on there is still either "rent or buy" ??? Or "unavailable" why ??? It's Getting beyond a joke.,it's a total rip off to me, as if the monthly subscription isn't expensive enough, then you have to rent or buy the movies on there too?? It should all be included like netflix. !!!!

Already reviewed Amazon itself on their bad delivery service. Which I Would give zero stars for, as parcel was opened, stolen and replaced with a cheap bottle of water, obvious that it was the delivery driver, but this review is about prime, the prices have gone up, still why is almost everything on there either "rent or buy??? Shouldn't that all be included in the monthly subscription?? It is with netflix and netflix isn't as expensive?? Its getting beyond a joke, also, why are all the decent paranormal shows "unavailable"?? Or buy only?? Bit of a rip off to me.

Love farm heroes, love all the cute little cropsies and the little noises they make, they are just adorable 🥰 I like how soft and bouncy they are too, whereas other match 3 games, the pieces are hard and robust so it's not the same. Also I like the way they all shoot up to the top, i find that extremely satisfying and addictive 🥰🥰

Really enjoyed playing this a few years ago, it was my favourite but now I hate it 😡😡I would had rated it 5 stars, but I recently started playing on it again & they have reduced the moves you get on each level more than half (like from 35 to 13) for example. so there isnt enough moves on each round making it almost impossible to beat, and every other level is either hard or super hard whereas as before it was every 8-10 levels, it's like your constantly stuck!! sometimes for days, then when you finally beat the level, your victory is short lived because the next level is equally as difficult and your back to square one again! Uninstalled due to sheer frustration, shame as it used to be a really good relaxing game 3 years ago when I used to play it, Now it's all about money & greed, prices gone up and rewards have gone down, and the way they have cut moves THAT much is an absolute joke!! Plus, the over abundance of hard/super hard levels? It's not fun or enjoyable any more. Stressful, frustrating and anger induced more like?they have totally ruined it 😔

Never buy from Amazon ever again!😡 Ordered a foot pedicure kit complete with creams for my grandmas 90th birthday, on the day it was meant to come, waited in all day, nobody knocked on my door, yet I got a notification saying "attempted delivery" so we called Amazon and they said it will arrive the day after, well yeah, it did arrive alright, but not with the item we were supposed to get?? The parcel had been OPENED and the kit was replaced with a cheap bottle of water!! Fuming is not the word!! Obviously the delivery guy has stolen it. Got on the phone to Amazon straight away to get a refund for my missing order, after going around the houses and repeating myself like a parrot, they sent my refund but when I spoke to the manager regarding the delivery driver being a thief she turned round and asked if I had video evidence?? What?? So I'm going to go answering the door and filming it on my phone??? I didn't know that was going to happen? But making excuses for someone like that is disgusting!! Will tell everyone I know to boycott Amazon from now on. What a disgrace 😡😡😡

I ordered the wrong swimsuit by mistake, so I emailed them to cancel the order and they were very helpful, they got back to me straight away, I requested a refund and it was back in my account the next working day.

I can't rate this place from its. Service as I haven't yet used it, but I wanted to give this place a try for some Saxenda as it's out of stock everywhere else, and from the place where I normally get it from, but it's really confusing as when you go on their website, it says that it's in stock, then when I sent them an email, they are saying that it's not in stock due to global shortages?? So I'm confused? I have been trying numerous times to call the pharmacy on the telephone to talk to an actual human being but it just rings out?? Why would it say that it's in stock on the website if it's not? It's giving people false hope.... ??????
