Spent more than £50 for some toys for…

Spent more than £50 for some toys for my grandchildren, this order was placed in the beginning of June. So far nothing !! No tracking available , no updates nothing . To say I’m disappointed and very annoyed is an understatement. Dreadful service , couldn’t recommend this company !!!

Ordered 2 items for my sons birthday

Ordered 2 items for my sons birthday , he chose them I placed order and waited. This order was placed on 1st June.
So far, 1 item has turned up. When I look on the order status, the remains item is still not shipped . No tracking options available either.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, I’ve emailed the company twice already , with no response . So I am supposing that We can assume that the second part of the order will not be sent. These items were expensive as well. Dreadful .!!!
