I had to pay extra for the regular, normal shipping because if I didn't, which would have made my grandmother wait 2 weeks for her hearing aid. It still hasn't arrived yet. I already paid way over $300 for this. This was a very stressful process.

I bought tickets in 2022 to take my mom to a concert. The day before, my mom wasnt well and I had to try to get a refund. Although the process took a few years and there was a seemingly lack of communication, Allianz worked with me to get the necessary info needed to approve for my refund. It wasn't stressful, just long. They were very helpful throughout the process.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.
I was charged $100 for an autorenewal that I didn't agree to. The email connected to the account was hacked and deleted so I wasn't notified until I saw the charges in my bank account. I reached out to them for assistance requesting a refund. I had to wait a week for a response after sending very personal info to verify myself only to get an email denying me my money back, and sending a link to reset my password, not change the email as I mentioned time and time again so that I can delete the account and the auto-renewal. I filed a case with my bank. They're the most unhelpful, unknowledgeable people ever.

UPDATE:
Still very unhelpful. I asked to only change the email so that I can turn off the auto-renew that was turned on without my consent. I found out that they added a domain to the account that I never authorized.
I also did more research and apparently, they've scammed many other people.
Please be careful out there folks, you're only trying to start a business and people out there are just trying to derail and steal from you. I hope the company sees this, because will make it my civic duty to report you and shut you down.

I wish I would have done more research on this company before buying. After placing my order and looked for reviews, so many people complained that the product either fell apart not even a month after receiving, or they didn't receive their package at all or very late. I emailed them to inquire about receiving no tracking information and they never replied back to me. This is their accurate way of communication, NO COMMUNICATION at all.
After never replying back, I checked the tracking info after weeks and by that time I no longer wanted to package. Upon refusing the package, it has since been returned but I have yet to receive a refund. I used ShopPay to cover the cost when I am skeptical about a company (as I was this one), so I wouldn't pay it all in full in one shot and possibly find myself in a situation (like I now have). I am currently in a dispute with the company for the $20 I paid down even though I have reached out to both parties and provided information that the package is not with me and was refused. It's not worth it. Do your research and move accordingly. This was long but I needed to provide context.

The last few places I've lived I found on Spareroom. The search was always easy, people are very responsive and easy to connect with. Posting an ad is easy and many offers are given that way as well. I highly recommend.

Monster.com need to check for scam businesses. I've had many recruiters who were scam artists contact me for positions that don't exist which has been frustrating and stressful. Please do better in vetting companies. This has been happening for at least over a month.
