Missing items.

I decided to have a look at what Green Chef could offer, without the commitment. Unfortunately they charged me through PayPal and chose 3 meal items for me. It said Hello Fresh on the payment and I contested it. I did get my money back. On the following week, I got a notification from DPD saying they were going to deliver my Green Chef parcel. He refused to take it back. I decided to take a look at it. Everyone one of my 3 meals had an important item missing. My Butternut Squash Thai curry had the Butternut missing, the cauliflower curry had the cauliflower missing and the Kidney beans topped Jacket Potato had tomatoes and avocado missing . Whilst I'm pleased I didn't pay for it, if I had done, I would have been so very disappointed. Would I use again? Most definitely not!

Our delivery driver- Oliver is great

Our delivery driver- Oliver is great! Friendly and quick delivery. If on occasion I request an item to be delivered to drop off point, then it's easier to collect. Don't need fiddly barcodes. Appreciate the company. X

Our delivery guy is great!

Our delivery guy, Ollie is brilliant. He's on time, he delivers with a smile and is extremely reliable. He gives Evri a good name. They also make it easy to pick up from collection points

He was rude and abrupt

He was rude and abrupt. He wasn't even prepared to wait until we got to the door before he left the package. I don't expect 1st class service but a little courtesy Wouldn't go amiss. Wouldn't recommend

The delivery driver

Our delivery driver is Ollie. Both me and my partner have ordered different products. Whenever we book them. He's there almost immediately. Can always rely on him to get the job done. He's friendly and polite. Professional but not too stuffy. I actually think he gives your company a good name.
