I drove 45 minutes to visit the Sheffield store this morning and it was absolutely worth the journey. I was helped by Chris, who was excellent from start to finish – extremely friendly, patient, and nothing was too much trouble. He took the time to really understand what I needed by asking the right questions and then offered me several options to try.

We have just had our underground tank fitted, from start to finish the team have been fantastic. Marie Darragh always gave great communication and was very helpful throughout, and Jonny Rodgers in the install engineer was brilliant, lovely bloke and explained everything we need to know.
