You sign up for a cheap weeks offer to…

You sign up for a cheap weeks offer to enable you to write a CV then bam they have charged your£19.99 for a subscription, then blag to you it was all explained in their payment information, and are Adamant they will not make a refund.
How come this wasn’t made more noticeable when signing up initially 🤬

Can’t even respond in English…. Avoid

Ordered the Two Week Weight Loss Pack…

Ordered the Two Week Weight Loss Pack for £29.99

Had my first shake today and I have never tasted anything like it, powdery, grainy and left a horrible taste, I couldn’t even finish it and the thought of having another turns my stomach.
I was so hopeful with such good reviews. But cannot understand why mine tasted so awful 🤢

Customer service was excellent, happy with outcome just shame the shakes weren’t for me

Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful, waiting over 2 weeks for a refund, after they have received my goods, now they have agreed the refund they stated I have to wait another 3-5 days for it to be in my bank, Will never use again

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service.

As per our returns page, we ask that all customers allow 14 days for returned orders to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse in London, UK. Once refunded, your bank may take up to 5 working days to process the refund. Unfortunately, this is a normal refund processing time when dealing with card transactions, which we are unable to control or speed up. Depending on your bank or payment method, you may receive the refund much sooner, but as you have provided no order details I am unable to advise on this.

I have tried to get a refund and they have totally ignored me

I have tried to get a refund and they haven’t even made contact regarding this matter appalling customer service. Pay for the app and they want more money from you to access more areas. Better looking on u tube for free videos.
