Beware of this company

This company uses Amazon for delivery and the wrong address was set for the delivery. Amazon said that they couldn’t change the address it was up to the sending company.
To get Perfect House Signs to amend the details, I wrote emails, numerous, I phoned 10 times. They never responded.
This must be the company with the worst customer service in England.
If I had to do it again, I would choose a different company and advise you to do the same.
I gave the company two stars as the sign eventually arrived, my ex-neighbour had to post it to me.
Beware.

Hi, we can only apologies for the inconvenience caused. The address used was given to us at the time of placing the order. Once dispatched this cannot be changed with the courier and would have to wait for the return of the parcel. We hope that you can understand the delivery issue is beyond our control once they have been passed over to the courier for delivery.

Big disappointment

Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day and gave two weeks notice. Just had a tracking advice that they will be delivered two days late. Company say that they put a disclaimer out which says they can be 1 - 2 days late as a rule.
