After reading some reviews I almost didn't order! I am so glad I did, I ordered 2 blinds of the Premier Taped Grained Bright White.
I ordered recess and allowed for 15mm to be taken off and the measurements were perfect.
I ordered Monday lunchtime, next day delivery & they arrived Wednesday (as was after the 10.30am cut off)
Really easy to install, good quality for the price and look great!

Tsonyo and his team carried out a full bathroom refit in our flat. Tsonyo visited us initially a couple of times to help with measurements and design and was on hand to help with ordering items. The plumber and tiler were great and offered solutions to resolve problems with water pressure and storage and were both very hard working and clean throughout the work. The work was carried out to a high standard and competitively priced, although there was extras added due to additional requirements we had made but we was kept informed. I would highly recommend.

Awful service

Ordered 2 bottles of Prosecco for a friends birthday. On the day of delivery received an email to say they had been damaged in transit and would not be delivered.
Customer service reordered so by then had obviously missed my friends birthday and would take another 3 days.
Again on the day of delivery received an email saying ‘several attempts’ had been made and couldn’t be delivered so was being returned to F&M.
No attempts had been made and the tracking info reflected this. The delivery address is manned all day as is a company and no one attempted delivery.
F&M didn’t seem bothered that I had been inconvenienced and never received the order twice!
Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Bad service for such a ‘prestigious’ company.
