AVOID AVOID AVOID

I rang up, and finally booked an appointment after being sent to three different departments.
I was charge £160 for a fixed price repair and free parts, half (£80)to be returned if unrepairable, the engineer turned up on time and was courteous, he looked at the appliance felt the condenser, put a multimeter on it and said it that which is faulty, he went outside and made a call, he came back in and said its been written off so I should get an exchange, he then took some further photos made another call and said, your on the one off repair so Candy will be in touch to give you some options which they still haven't over one month later, he never attempted a repair even though he knew what the fault was, a week later I received an email saying it was unrepairable and we'll receive a refund, no offer of a new appliance which is in the T&C, since this email I have sent 8 emails, to differing departments, chasing up my refund, chasing up the offer of a discounted product if unable to repair, they haven't even had the courtesy to respond!
My advise is avoid at all costs, I'm a fridge down, and £160 down for someone to look and say yep its faulty!! crap service

I'm happy with the quality of the products and the prices, also the delivery was prompt and the items were very well packed.

Great Service

I would like to thank Stairbox for the Great service, I dealt with Oliver and nothing was ever too much trouble for him.
The Communication was also one of the best I've experienced with a supplier, they respond within the day of any email being sent, top service.
The delivery was on time and on the day specified so absolutely no issues and will use again.

Best Hoover Ever!

What can I say about the Henry Hoover, it's the best and hardest working hoover I have ever had.
We purchased Henry in 2012 when we bought a new build property, it easily coped with the refurbishment work we carried out and then continued to be our daily hoover afterwards. Role on 2015, Henry still smashing it, and we decide to buy a derelict farmhouse, Henry has been involved every step of the way, hoovering up brick dust, attached to angle grinders, belt sanders, you name it Henry handled it and easily coped.
We finally got a section of the house liveable in 2017, so we invested in a new (different brand) hoover as Henry was looking battered from his hard life and didnt really fit in with the nice new bit of the house, what a mistake, whilst Henry still battles on like a trooper on the renovation work sucking up, plaster, woodshavings you names it he hoovers it, we are now on our 3rd (differnet brand) hoover, what an expensive mistake, only made worse by doing it three times! So today, I will be looking at purchasing a younger brother for Henry, I can not recommend these hoovers enough, it will be the best hoover purchase you ever make!

The camera itself is pretty good but...

The camera itself is pretty good and I would certainly buy another but when it does go wrong and you try and speak to someone or get answers on the issue, this is where it all goes wrong.
The online help is very generic and you find yourself in an endless loop, like i have today, you dont get any useful answers, last year I finally got hold of customer services on the phine, he didn't have a clue and surprise, surprise the line went dead 🤔 my camera is still under twelve month warranty, it currently notifys me and records movement, so that works fine but I'm getting notifications the camera is offline and can't use live view. Looks like I'm stuck with it this way.
