Booked a paid next day delivery from Regatta 13 Mar 25. When told it was EVRI was aghast. Still lived in hope for next day delivery and spent time at home.

Ever read Carlill v Smoke Ball Co. Famous case based on a promise.

Sure Enough NO PARCEL arrived 14 March 25 yet paid for next day delivery. Parcel expected Friday - arrived Saturday 15 March 25 afternoon. No explanation so what is new from EVRI? Historically had Parcels delivered at other address etc. Had it all and contacting them to find out what is happening is like a Maze and "jigsaw puzzle." A thoroughly disorganised company with the "sorry" excuse which I don't believe and with no compensation On the Never Never land. Will avoid at all cost - if EVRI cannot deliver next day give people the money back for next day means next day.

A thoroughly bad experience throughout and one not likely to be forgotten. Customer relationship began hopeful and then plunged into the unknown.

Delivery excellent. Help from Delivery driver and mate excellent. Will shop at Hughes again and again and again.

One thing that stood out. Told driver to leave fridge/freezer at top of stairs. He said: please tell us where you want us to put it. Excellent service.
