As a first-time buyer, I found Tracey Pitt polite, approachable, and quick to reply on WhatsApp, which I appreciated. But the overall service left me underwhelmed.

Much of the communication felt like it was simply being relayed from the seller rather than Tracey taking the lead. Both before and after exchange, I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing her by requesting access to the property to measure up. On my last visit, I was even told I only had 10 minutes, which added unnecessary pressure at a time when I should have felt supported.

Tracey wasn’t bad, but she was more reactive than proactive; disappointing considering she’s earning commission on this sale. I was also shocked to learn that Purplebricks don’t carry out checks on vacant properties, which most reputable agent companies do. This is a real concern given the risks of squatters or property damage. Overall, she did get the job done, but the process lacked the guidance and reassurance I expected as a first-time buyer.

Gavin was amazing!! Great customer service. The free eye test was great with he optician. Nice set up and very easy to buy!

Can’t wait for them to come!

I had an issue when attempting to cancel my insurance and was faced with resistance and false promises of an investigation. However I spoke with George today and he was an absolute DREAM!! Professional, polite and great communication. He managed to sort out my issue within an hour or so, and just off of his customer service alone I would go back to them as an insurer. Thanks again George!
