Ordered wrong item and they r sending a new one

I ordered a toy and it was same type of the one I wanted but when I received it that’s when I realized I clicked on the wrong item. I spent over 140.00.
After I explained my situation they r sending me the correct one and I can discard the other one or keep as backup.

I ordered two of the same products and…

I ordered two of the same products and only received one. I looked to see if they were shipped separately but they weren't.
I've been trying to call but can't get a live person on the phone

It keeps saying I have a discount code

It keeps saying I have a discount code, n it's not working. I tried numerous times, very frustrating.
False advertisement
