So I had $50 to spare thought I would…
So I had $50 to spare thought I would deposit somewhere and play a little while and have a little enjoyment.. I don't know why I chose steak there is a lot of different casinos I deposit and play at. I had played there a couple times never really won anything, but that's part of gambling.
So i deposited $50. I chose to start out playing a slot called six Jokers by pragmatic. I had played this game on there before.. when I set my bet amount it said 120. The same as before. Which should have been right. I chose 2 coins at .10 each.. And chose the option for 5 jokers. So .20 plus .20 for each joker per spin.
$1.20 a spin .
Well i made i believe 4 spins all losses.when i get a pop up saying insufficient funds. And thought what the hell my balance was less than
$3 .. i dont know what the deal was. I looked at history and it showed $12.00 spins .That was not right .. Christ I only deposited $50 and I never bet 12 $ spins in my life.
In fact only very rare occasions I've bet over .50 to a dollar at most. I was confused I don't know what the deal was and what was up with that so I contacted support.
I explained things had screen shots I had no clue.. This is what i was told.....,.,............
That is Pragmatic's in-game coin view.
You can switch between Stake Cash and in-game coins simply by clicking on your balance in game.
For example,..... "I have 1 SC"....on my balance, but in...."Coin View".....that is represented as 20 Coins and 40 Spin.
Just click on the words Coins/Spin to change this view from in-game coins to our tokens and make sure to double check the option before playing and choose the SC/GC view so you know how much your using to play with!
My bet amount read 120
Not $12.00.....And i never heard of ....Coin View......where 1 SC is represented as 20 coins ..im sorry.
I know all about SC AND GC and out of all the casinos i have played at i never heard of such a thing as he described . Coin view or switching between stake cash. This is a sweep casino,....." is it not all tokens"? Supposed to be no cash involved in game play. And there was no decimal point in 120..a spin. Yet play history had it listed as 12.00.. ...I dont know where he dreamed or made this crap up .
Its either GC play for fun or SC to play for prizes......................
Anyhow it just goes to show how greedy, shady, cold hearted lacking empathy these places have become. And their inventing new ways to fleece you however they can. I got the conversation where he outright admits cash spins and to the best of my knowledge that's totally unlawful and against everything they supposed to stand for. And this is what I was told....................
I am sorry to see this, but we are not able to provide you with a reimbursement for an accidental play
STAKE CASINO you can wipe your ass with my $50.00 along with the multi-millions your casino fleeces from all hard working people who are as stupid as i was to think you could ever be fair or understanding .
I'm going to continue writing this review everywhere and I wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy. Who in the hell wants to play with devils.
