Very pleased with my plan. I reserved an expensive trip and insured it with XCover, then sustained an injury the week prior, so I couldn’t go. I simply uploaded a copy of my doctor’s report (and directive to stay home), and my claim was paid in full. My entire trip was reimbursed with no fuss. The coverage was well worth it, but wasn’t that expensive anyway. Highly recommend!
Review of Maylips
Shipping speed was terrible! Ordered last month and STILL have not received it. When I requested the shipment be returned to sender since it’s too late and I can no longer use it, their ‘customer service’ went radio silent. Do not recommend!

Review of Salzburg Panorama Tours
Guide was wonderful; very enthusiastic, friendly and informative. We saw many interesting sites and loved hearing the stories behind the filming. My ONLY disappointment is that we did not get to see all the filming or actual locations in Salzburg (specifically, the real church where the real Maria & Captain were married; the actual Abbey; the festival location where the festival was filmed; or the location where the real family hid from the Germans). Despite these obvious omissions, however, the tour was wonderful and I do recommend it.

Review of Ooma
I would give them zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service; terrible function of the equipment. It worked well AT FIRST, but after a couple of months we started having issues: device frequently went offline, troubleshooting did not help. Calling customer service resulted in repeating the same self-troubleshooting steps suggested in their app (in other words, they couldn’t help). The device itself had lights that stopped working, too… but they kept insisting our internet was the issue, not their device or service. We have a smart home and everything is connected to our internet and everything worked (and still works) except their service; yet they kept insisting the issue was not at their end and refused to replace my device which clearly wasn’t functioning. After months of trying to resolve this to no avail, I cancelled and went with another carrier. To add insult to injury, it took 30 minutes on the phone to cancel this service because they kept trying to convince me to stay. It’s ironic that they ‘cared’ about my experience but only when I called to cancel. Agents do not speak or understand English well, either, which probably did not help. Would never recommend them.
Review of Dangleit
Order took four weeks to arrive but was incorrect (they sent me someone else’s photo). The reprint took another four weeks to arrive (arrived after Christmas) and had a weird orange tint on it that they blamed on my photo (the photo I submitted did NOT have any orange). They refused a refund.
After reading many other reviews, I realized this is very common. Shame on me; I should have read the reviews first, I never would have ordered.
