This so called channel shows repeats after repeats. They’ve go dejavu for that. I watched special crimes ops on this channel a year ago and they showed it another 3 times since, the 3rd repeat was this morning!! They advertise the app which they claim contains great programs! All old shite programs. Rubbish channel!!
This company keep sending me threatening emails and texts about an outstanding bill of £19.00 . The date given was before I moved in the property. The previous customer has passed away. That’s how low this company can get, trying to get money from a deceased customer!! I’ve never used this rubbish company but they have managed to get my email and phone number. They claim it was my housing association who gave them my details. I checked with housing association and they would never give a company my private details. I suppose this Company can’t get the dead person to pay so they’re trying to charge me. I’ve reported them to the financial ombudsman for fraudulent claims and harassment. Dreadfully awful company, stay away or switch to octopus who wouldn’t do such an awful thing to the deceased!!

Did you know that revolut has had the most fraud complaints than any other company! It was featured on bbc panorama that a customer was conned out of £165.000 and revolut refused to reimburse them. The client took his case to the financial ombudsman and eventually after a year of worry won the case. Revolut are top of the worst company chart for fraud cases. Over 100000 in 2025 so far! Be aware people and stay away from this company!
Recently the co op were cyber attacked and all members who pay a pound to join for discounts, lost all their private details, address phone number, payment details. All because the company wouldn’t pay the cost for cyber security. What a joke, this is the only supermarket chain who charge for the privelage of shopping there!! All others offer club card price, nectar price free of charge!! Rip off company who can’t be bothered to protect their members from hackers!!
What a joke this so called company are!! Advertising fibre broadband one button easy switch, I’ve waited 2 months to date for fibre to be installed! Vodafone are blaming open reach for the delay which is rubbish. I’ve had numerous texts from Vodafone to say they will call within an hour to update me regarding broadband but they never call. Considering they are a communication company, they’re a shower of Sh**!!

Don’t waste your time and money. I Paid £32.00 to try. The adverts are a continuous repetition. I was watching Paul Zhan and after just 6 minutes the adverts came on!! What a joke! I cancelled immediately, Netflix basic package £5.99 includes ads. The ads on Netflix are not frequent and the longest ads break is 30 seconds. Ditch discovery it’s rubbish!!
I understand the reviews regarding sports instead of other programs. But I tried watching Karen Pirie new crime series. It’s 2 hours long but the adverts were every 10 minutes. This series could of been 1.5 hours long without ads. I gave up after 30 minutes couldn’t stand the constant barrage of ads. I subscribe to Netflix basic package that comes with ads.The longest ad I’ve seen on Netflix lasts 30 seconds. Itv to me is a waste of time. At least with football you only get ads at halftime!!
Don’t trust this company! Their customer service is rubbish!! They advertise phones that nobody wants. Tesco mobile is way above this company on all fronts!! Lebara are also cheaper than these cowboys and they use Vodafone network!!

Shite!! These are a joke, who wants to pay for a load of stinking pig shite. £3.99 per month basic but so many adverts!! Netflix basic is £5.99 with the odd short add and programs worth watching. Don’t waste your time and money with discovery minus !!!
They say that they will let you know if you need to pay more, but never say they will let you know if you need to pay less!! I’m on a fixed tariff so why pay more? It’s a con I’m switching companies asap!!

These so called presenters stay at bbc because they couldn’t get a job with any other company!! MOTD is on at 1030pm on a Saturday when everyone interested in football knows the days football results. BBC are a joke!! Good riddance lineker!!
You don’t need medication for weight loss! The cost is a joke!! I just ate the right food and exercised more, walking, cycling and lost lots of weight. Pay nothing and do more for yourself. This company is just informing people BS to get your money!!

We do respond to all customer queries, although occasionally our replies can find their way into peoples spam folder. We have requested some further information in order to look into your concerns further.
How this Company can increase prices while in mid contract is a con. They do it because you’re in a contract and if you switch it incurs exit fees! Rip off company!!
Always asking for more!! I secured a fix tariff for 16 months, every month I receive an email recommending me I should pay additional funds to my bill increasing my direct debit. The reason I got a fixed tariff is so I have peace of mind that I pay a set monthly payment. They can recommend what they like but I’m not paying any more!! They also try to keep pressing customers to fit a smart meter, I recently discovered the reason they do this is because they are obligated as instructed by the government to fit a certain amount of meters otherwise the company will be fined!! I’ve had enough of these money grabbers, I’m switching companies!!

I had now tv with sky entertainment and cinema package until November this year. I opened the app as usual on my tv and my package had disappeared. I tried signing in using my username and password but it didn’t recognise the information. I got through on live chat which is a waste of time!! I’ve lost all my programs and so I’ve cancelled my direct debit. Don’t bother with these cowboys they are a complete joke!!!
BBC are a joke! They are proposing to charge the public a license fee to watch Netflix streaming channel. They obviously can’t survive themselves if they become a prescription channel!! The government are discussing this proposal. Surely the bbc won’t get their wish! I’m hoping the government will decide not to allow this to happen, hopefully they’ll advise them to introduce a subscription service to give the public a choice wether they want to subscribe or not. After all if you’re already paying a subscription to Netflix then why should you be required to fund a biased company? The bbc know the public won’t pay the a subscription fee for their useless channel and they will fail to survive!! They’re a complete joke!!
I agree with all the poor reviews on here. It’s a diabolical company with the same repetitive rubbish programs!! Along with thousands of public license payers I’ve decided I’ve had enough. I filled out a no tv license declaration form online and still received a threatening letter, saying their officers will make a random visit. They’re actually not officers they’re salesmen working for a security company apparently. They have no authority at all, so you’re not obligated to talk to them. It also states on the letter that they find 1 in 10 people are found to need a license and are prosecuted. Sounds like good odds to me 😊. I would just answer the door and say not today thanks!! BBC are going to go out of business soon, even if they try the subscription route nobody would pay for their rubbish!! Adios bbc and good riddance!!
