I booked parking for 3 days and made a mistake by double booking because I realised after the start time but before I attended the lot Way refused to refund any of my $84 fee. So I have paid in full for a lot I never used. A refund with an admin fee would have been acceptable !!!

This company needs to update its apps and website to align with the option for doctors to pre-approve meds for a year, allowing a pharmacy to ask just a few questions and drop these each month. I have to wait for the email to see this re-order page, and These are VERY FLAKY, so I end up on Chat or the phone almost every month !!!!! It wastes my time and theirs; only the doctor is getting efficiencies here! It turns out the Batch ran out, but nowhere are you warned about this until the email just does not arrive!

Thank you for your review.
Your GP surgery had issued Repeat Dispensing prescriptions, these should work in the following ways for a monthly prescriptions. The surgery issues a new batch, this comes through to us as your nominated Pharmacy and the first one of the batch is processed, 21 days after this, the next batch then downloads to your account with us, the email with the subject of Action Required is sent automatically, this email contains a link and some questions to be answered to then allow the next release, this process is then repeated at 28 day intervals until the batches issued are used.
