Excellent service even on Sunday

The heating advisor is very experienced, patient, polite to explain all aspects of our needs and questions. He provided very constructive comments. Very nice and we enjoy the whole process.

The customer services

The customer services, after sales and repairing services are the best in UK. The 5 years warranty is real and customers will no worry about that. I highly recommend it.

Excellent Customers Services and 5 years warranty

Good dehumidifier and excellent customers service. I used the 25L dehumidifier for a year. It's efficient and energy saving. One day the handle was broken due to the weight of the machine. They ordered an original box and delivery to me for the packing, and return the machine to them (because I threw the box long time ago). And for some reasons, they replaced a brand new machine to me finally. Highly recommend their products, and for any durable home appliance, it is better to choose those well established companies in UK with customers services here. Their customers service would reply you in the next day if you have any enquiry. That is value for money.

The packing is excellent, I bought the bottle called “Emma Bridgewater”, the painting is so beautiful, my daughter brought the bottle to school and her teacher found that the artist was her classmate at high school, small world.

Good online shop

It's good with discounted items and sometime offer further discount code. The disadvantage is that it won't offer free delivery whatever the amount you ordered. Also, when you found the size is not fit to you, you have to return the item at your own cost and get the refund (it will deduct the return shipping cost). You have no option to change another size except "re-ordering" the new item and pay the delivery cost again.

They always offer swift and professional responses, we have so many enquires about the property and they are very patient to help to liaise with the vendor. They are wise and able to offer tailored made solutions for our special requests. Highly recommend if you are either looking for letting or buying/selling properties in Ealing.
