Have always received excellent service from Petplanet, and am happy to say that this time was no exception. My parcel was dispatched quickly, safely packed and arrived before expected delivery date.

Dorwest have always given 5* service and quality products, they obviously do a lot of research for their products - no cheap/nasty fillers. Dispatch is always speedy and their communication is great. Also pleased to say that following a few problems with Royal Mail delivery they are now back on track.

Needed to edit one of my dog's details, tried to do it online but kept getting the message something went wrong, can't do it, phone the call centre which I did.
My dogs' details were edited very quickly by the gentleman I spoke to and he advised me of the revised monthly payment, all done professionally and quickly.
Shame I couldn't do it online hence the 4* instead of 5*.

Website easy to use, communication regarding confirmation and dispatch of order is 5*.

I feel I can trust Dorwest products, using quality ingredients and no fillers.

Have always found them to be very helpful when I have had a query and there is no hard sell from their advisors.

Placed our order with AO, we received a courtesy phone call detailing procedure and confirming details of of order. We later received a text/email confirming delivery slot and am very happy to say that everything went smoothly.
We were able to track the delivery on the day and when we were next delivery we received a phone call from delivery guys saying when they expected to arrive - and they bang on.

Drivers are always helpful (it is usually heavy parcels) and polite.

Having dealt with Heart Of England Co-Op Funerals some years ago, when we sadly lost another family member we once again turned to them to arrange the funeral.
From the minute we walked into the office to make the initial enquiry, to then arranging the funeral, the funeral itself and finally collecting the ashes, we were treated with kindness, compassion and care by Emma and all the other members of staff. They all made a very difficult time a little easier to cope with.

Get all my supplements from Dorwest as I find it easier, more convenient and cheaper in the long run to go to Dorwest. Their customer service is excellent, have always been happy to answer any questions I have without any hard sell.

First claim with Many Pets so not sure how quickly the claim would be settled, they do say that a high percentage of their claims are settled in 6 weeks. Our claim took 8 weeks, but of course we had Christmas and new year in between so overall very happy.
I did contact Many Pets when it seemed there was a hold up getting medical records from our vet's, vets said they had been forwarded but it was still showing as outstanding on the claims portal, I spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful and sorted the matter very quickly. Will also add that I did like their telephone system that says what number I was in the queue - this gives you the opportunity to either hang up and try later or continue to hold.

As an existing customer I was delighted to be able to take advantage of the offer that Dorwest Herbs had - every little bit helps as they say.

I have confidence in Dorwest Herbs, they have always answered my queries very quickly and are not pushy at all (I hate companies that do that) - they give you the advice and then leave you to make your mind up. The products that I purchase are not only good value for money, but they have definitely worked.

Having a general search came across a pattern that I liked and to print at home was free, thought it must be too good to be true and there would be a catch, but no there wasn't. Nice to see a company that does as it says.
