STAY AWAY DO not sign up or give them…

STAY AWAY DO not sign up or give them any details they will take money out off your account they are a con and charge you a weekly surcharge and is hard to stop them


I never signed up with you I enter a competition then next thing you have my details and started charging me something I never wanted

I have tried getting in touch with you but no reply give me my money back

We see that you have signed up for a membership in our store. From your customer information we also see that you unsubscribed your membership, before it expired, making the initial trial offer price the only charge on your account, why we are wondering what you are referring to in your writing?

Your registration price for our discounted membership was £2.75, which gave you access to up to a 15% discount on more than 200,000 products in our store. Whether you utilise this (trial) membership or not is entirely up to you.

If you have any questions or problems with your account or membership, you are always welcome to contact our customer service, who will respond within 24 hours every day of the week.

If I could give -5 stars that would be to many

If I could give -5 stars I would, settees finely turned up after waiting 4 months then after they put them together and left I sat on them and the back nearly fell away, so phoned aftercare who sounded more cheesed off than me, said I would have to stay in all day on next available day they got for someone to hopefully fixed them, I paid extra to have delivered and put together and was told in store that all fitters worked directly with SCS but the two who turned up to my house were self employed and didn't really have clue how they went together, they had bits missing so when I phoned Owen at aftercare he said they would be delivered out on another day and said I would have to phone again to book in fitters again, absolutely terrible service and would never ever recommend SCS even to my worst enemy

We are sorry to hear about the issues that you have come across with your furniture after delivery had gone ahead. This is not what we would expect for our customers as our delivery team aim to assemble the goods as required so I cant apologise enough that this has happened.
