My journey with Oakfields was absolutely awful, they recommended the tenants they put into my property and within a month the calls started, having spent over 12k on the property to make it as lovely as poss for tenants and then Oakfields never completed 1 check on the property or tenants, they wouldn't let ne break the agreement when realised the tenants were from hell but asked to break it when they wanted to leave early, never told me they'd been put on 0% deposit. When tenants left they'd only claim 600 for me on the deposit then took out a 38 fee which they never told me about and so far to date I've paid just under 6k on damage caused by these bl@@dy tenants in 11 months of remting, I'm disappointed, disgusted, furious and would never use them again and this was on their most expensive management service they offer. Which is a complete joke except there was nothing funny about it. Wouldn't use them again if they paid me. Lost £1000's due to this company, absolutely unprofessional and my recommendation would be use another company.
If minus stars was an option that's what I would of given.

I ordered item and it gave a delivery date of Monday 12 December, I thought being a large retailer you would use a parcel courier or another dispatcher not Royal Mail, it’s now Saturday 17 December and no notification from you or item delivered. I was advised on Tuesday 13th December by Customer services it was due to Royal Mail stiles, however I ordered another item from another retailer the same day as my Roman order, but later in the day, it was sent 2nd class tracked by Royal Mail and I received it Tuesday 13th, so apologies Im not impressed, bought it especially for Xmas dinner on 17th and not only not dress but have had no communication from you whatsoever, if you know of Royal Mail strikes and this is the reason for delay why are you not sending your customers a generic communication explaining and apologising you keep sending me offers despite declining marketing but you cannot send. a courtesy communication
