Sam Cox is the Senior Gallery Manager of Clarendon Fine Art aboard Cunard's Queen Anne. He has many years experience of the Art world, and gave very interesting, and knowledgeable, presentations whilst we were on our voyage.

We decided to purchase a lovely limited edition print by Sheree Valentine Daines. Sam gave us valuable information about the certificate of purchase etc.

The print came with a frame chosen by the Artist, and Sam also made arrangements for the delivery and insurance etc.

Only a few days after our return the print was delivered. It was extremely well packed to avoid any damage.

We can highly recommend this gallery.

We have recently had several parcels delivered by Evri. On each occasion we have given 5 plus more stars!

The courier on each occasion has followed precise instructions for delivery, and importantly as we live at the top of a cul-de-sac has on each occasion driven most carefully.

We consider this company to be exceptional and can highly recommend.

I had visited the store, as I was looking for a pair of strappy style shoes to wear with my outfit for a Wedding that we are attending in June.

As I entered the store, one of the Assistants, named Alice had enthusiastically offered her help, and gave me more information about a German make of shoe that happened to be the exact colour (bone/cream) that I was looking for. Her colleague, Lidia, also showed a great interest in what I was going to wear, and how my choice of shoe would suit the dress etc. They both demonstrated a real interest in finding my choice of shoe.

I already have a pair of court shoes in the same colour, so I did not need any cleaning products, but the Assistants had suggested certain makes.

I was extremely impressed by the service I received in the store, from my initial entrance, when both Assistants were eager to help me. Many of my friends complain that although they are ready to purchase shoes in different stores, they cannot find an Assistant to help, nor are they particularly interested!

I had asked Alice and Lidia for their names, as I wanted to mention them personally in a review, as I believe they are great representatives for their company.

Franca, their Manager, has obviously trained her staff extremely well and has produced a wonderful team!!!

We have had our car MOT'd and serviced by them for the past couple of years, and from start to finish they have exceeded our expectations. We were kept fully informed from our initial booking, and quoted accurately for work that was carried out. Very professional and excellent management.

The Reception/admin staff are very efficient and helpful. They made an initial examination of our vehicle, asked if we had already been given an estimate of the cost of service and MOT. They checked our contact details, and gave us an estimated time for completion of works.

Following the service, and MOT, we were emailed a video health check for our vehicle. The total cost was as per the original estimate, and the vehicle had been cleaned outside and inside.

The following day, the Reception staff contacted us to ask if we were satisfied with our vehicle.

We cannot praise this garage enough. We have been very impressed by their professional attitude throughout, and we can therefore highly recommend them.

On 07/10/23, we made an online pre-booking for car parking at Crowborough Station. We were visiting London for a family lunch on 08/10/23. The online booking was easy to do.

Unfortunately, I subsequently sprained my ankle, so we had to cancel our planned lunch.

My husband obtained a refund for our rail tickets. We contacted APCOA, by email, enquiring about a refund.

Susan Hart, APCOA's Customer Service Operations Supervisor immediately responded to our email, and furthermore, advised us that a refund was being made within 5 days. Susan also enquired about my sprained ankle.

Our experience with this company was exceptional, and we can highly recommend them to the public.

Several weeks ago it was both alarming, and distressing, to find a rat crossing our kitchen floor. Believing there to be more than one we contacted Rentokil.

Their Admin Team were efficient, helpful, and friendly. They talked us through a questionnaire, and provided a quote. They advised us that a Technician would contact us within 4 hours.

Shortly afterwards, Ronnie Olliffe, the Technician, contacted us and arranged an urgent visit. He was accompanied by the Surveyor, Daniel Bucher, and they carried out a meticulous examination of the outside, and identified three entry points. We were highly impressed by their professionalism, their quiet, and polite manner.

Ronnie inspected the inside of our house, including the loft, and identified a heavy infestation.

On meeting Ronnie he instills a sense of rapport. He thinks logically, and identifies solutions as well as problems. He has a patient and clear style, and has maintained excellent communication, providing constant feedback.

His commitment in dealing with the infestation is commendable, and is knowledge in this area is significant. He can be relied upon to keep appointments and is always punctual. He has also reassured us that, if necessary, he will make an urgent visit.

We consider Ronnie to be a great asset to Rentokil. He has been sensitive to our situation, and has provided invaluable support over the past several weeks.
