Review of Makemytrip
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent booking experience I had with MakeMyTrip.com. I initially booked a ticket from COK to DXB and opted to change the date. However, upon receiving the ticket via email, I discovered that it was for COK to AUH instead. Despite receiving emails and SMS confirming COK to DXB, the website had no option to change the sector, and the customer service experience has been unsatisfactory. I regret to say that I will not be engaging in any further transactions with your company.
