They will keep on changing RM up on each losses . You will never see them and new RM will start with discussions. But no use , you will loose everything!

Don’t fall for their lies. GCFX will steal your money.

They chased me for nearly 4 months to join their platform. They promised big profits and personal support from their so-called “account manager” (his name is Seed).

At first, I deposited a small amount and, as expected, they showed me some quick profits to gain my trust. Then they pressured me to invest more, claiming I could make even higher returns. I told them I couldn’t add more funds because of other commitments, but that’s when things turned bad.

The account manager began advising me to open trades against the market trend, which caused huge losses. He kept saying I needed to deposit more money or I would lose everything I had already invested. They kept manipulating me, and eventually, I deposited all the money I have in my bank.

When I stopped following their instructions and refused to open more positions, they suddenly deducted $11,000 from my account, claiming it was “spread charges” for not trading. They also threatened daily deductions of $430 if I didn’t keep trading.

In the end, they forced me into another trade that immediately went into a massive loss — wiping out my entire account.

They also play with the spread charges between the sell and buy to cause an instant loss on an open position.

I’ve been trading with them for 4 years now and overall it has been a good experience. Sometimes withdrawals take more than a day, but that’s manageable considering the benefits—knowledgeable account managers and very low spreads.

What surprised me is that they never asked me for a review before, and only today I came to know they wanted one. No worries though—based on my 4 years with them, I can say they are better than most so-called brokers in the UAE. I already have many of my friends and family investing with them.

They are most irresponsible company i have ever met. Their intension to grab money from customer and not make profit for them. One guy named Arjun, he deliberately made me take insensible trade and make me loss whatever I had in account. He is asking me to further deposit money. I sent complaint to their office,after 3 months I don't get a reply from them. They are basically acting like cheaters. This is the real fact nothing exaggerated.

Avoid this platform at all costs. I lost nearly $32,000 in just days due to reckless and unskilled trading decisions. They claim to be professionals, but the reality is far from it. One so-called account manager, Arjun, clearly had no understanding of the market. Every trade he made went the wrong way buying high, selling low, and dragging my account down with it. They’re misleading people and creating losses instead of profits.
I was able to claim everything back after a formal legal action was taken.

I had a bad experience with this platform. I consistently incurred losses, and withdrawals were not possible. Most of the Relationship Managers (RMs) seem to lack trading knowledge and provide trades without any logic. My account has now been liquidated. Do not trust this company.

Fraudulent and Manipulative – Avoid GCFX at All Costs

I had a deeply distressing experience with GCFX (Global Capital FX) in Dubai. After months of follow-up, their representative Jipsy convinced me to invest a loaned amount that was meant for my children’s education and real estate dues, promising safe trading and a formal agreement — which was never provided.

Once the funds were transferred, she stopped responding and handed me over to a so-called relationship manager, Rayan, who manipulated me into risky trades against my will. Despite my repeated requests for withdrawal, he ignored my calls and placed trades that rapidly drained my account — clearly for his own gain.

When I contacted the office, the compliance officer, Mr. Mohammed, dismissed responsibility and shockingly suggested I continue trading to recover losses. This company operates through false promises, unethical behavior, and exploitation of vulnerable clients.

This is not trading — it’s calculated financial fraud. I urge others to be extremely cautious and avoid falling into the same trap. I am now pursuing this matter legally through Dubai Police Cyber Crime.
