I sent back all my items I received…

I sent back all my items I received because of quality problems. It cost me over $125 to send back products I did this several months ago and it's still in transit and customs. From the beginning asking for cancellations and being ignored. Don't buy from this company you'll regret it

This company tells you they cancel…

This company tells you they cancel orders as for your request and then they ship them and you have to pay an exorbitant amount to send them back to China. It's a total scam

That is why the interception failed and we cannot process a refund for you.

I wouldn't even give a star for this…

I wouldn't even give a star for this seller. Scammed me out of hundreds of dollars. Would not take cancellations returns at the post office too expensive to return costing almost $100 to return one order. PayPal couldn't help me because the items were delivered. Some items missing from the order some items different than what it was described or pictured. Total scam

A total scam

A total scam. Does not return emails when wanting to return something. Checking the post office with return address would have cost me close to $100 to return. Just received two more packages from them they refuse to cancel. Sending back to sender refusing package. Hopefully I will get my money back through PayPal. Do not buy anything from this company

Does not reply to emails when wanting…

Does not reply to emails when wanting to cancel. Does not Supply return labels very expensive to return items to China. Had to submit a complaint with PayPal to get my funds back for orders I have not received yet

I purchased 3 items. Quality of 1 of the items was not good. I tried through customer service to return, no response 😕. Now I'm stuck with that item. The other 2 items were ok. I would not buy from this company again.
