Good communication but long wait to receive item and gave up with one item I had ordered as it still wasn't in stock weeks later. Quick to respond to my email and refunded immediately.

Absolutely appalling. Arrived Saturday, contacted them immediately. Total scam. Sweaters are an inferior replica of pictures on site. One was not actually knitted as in pic & was simply printed on the fabric. Gutted. I emailed still awaiting reply. Will be contacting my bank as totally misold. I’m astonished there are any positive reviews, highly sceptical of these?

Jumper came quickly, the jumper is lovely quality, and it fits perfectly, size large.

Great website and easy to navigate with a vast range of clothing to choose from.
The items are brought are of high quality and great value for money.
The only downside is the length of shipping time, it took two weeks for me to receive my parcel but so worth it. I will just factor in the shipping time for future orders if I need an item quickly.

SCAMMERS! The clothing was very nice. One shirt didn't fit right, but the sweater was beautiful. EXCEPT it had a stain right in the front. I immediately took pictures and emailed them asking to exchange or refund/repurchase. They offered me $5 to keep the items. When I said no they offered $9. When I said NO, they said $13 was their best offer. Or I could return but pay shipping TO DUBAI! Their website said "free returns." "Items are shipped from the US." Bull! I said to give me the $13, but we'll see if that even happens. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from here unless you plan to keep it no matter what.

It took a long time for delivery and a lot of communicating back and forth, however, the clothing finally arrived, and they always reply to my emails quickly. I would like better tracking though. The pant suit was beautiful. Thank you
