Too expensive, too unreliable, too many complicated choices on a single page, too many useless recommendations.

Too much downtime, too slow, too many adverts, too much old rubbish.

Here we go again. Promise next day delivery. Report a delay. Don't deliver. Don't refund. Agree to refund, but don't. Happening too often. Unreliable and inefficient.

Once again, I bought and paid for next delivery. Once again, I'm getting two day delivery. Without this tool, I'm stopped.

Once again I ordered from Amazon to take advantage of the advertised Prime next day delivery. Once again I didn't get it. Despite being told the order was on its way, and due to arrive on time that day, half the order was refunded without warning or explanation. The other half is now delayed for five days. Sadly Amazon, once so reliable and value for money is now neither. I'm probably going back to eBay. That's how bad it is.

Chaotic, confusing and unusable. A triumph of style over substance. I'm looking for an alternative source of news and comment. Shame.

Adding my voice to the many, login is a disaster and today was the last straw. I've had premium bonds, man and boy, for over 50 years. Today I'm looking around for somewhere else to put my money.
