Does The Energy Giants, really takes time to listen and resolve Complaints? The Majority of Customers may say NO! My experience is with Shell Energy. Beefing up the Industries supplying Home energy now, is rare, our bills are doubled and definitely there is no friendship relating to energy bills. I am writing about my efforts that inspired Shell Energy Accounts Help line Staff to revisit written complaints and to carefully examine the concerns and issues raised by me. I stated that the responses given to me as a loyal customers was biased, ambiguous and incoherent and that the excusable lack of understanding and their eagerness to declare a resolve. This attitude and arrogance initiated much more problems which are antagonised by them. I explained that Shell Company, is to me an honourable provider of energy,it is some of the team staff who vibrates an impression that they do not feel enthusiastic or have the zeal, with patience, to delve in a more caring and analytic manner and resolve the issue. My message is, ''complaints are important to be investigated and to feel satisfied with the outcome''. I ventilated my discontentment again in a polite, calm manner. By explaining what I believed to be the functions of Shell Energy Customers helpline and what I meant by my complaint redress, I influenced a listening ear. Be in the customer shoes I said! My complaint then received a fair and reasonable resolve. The message in my review is simply, I love Shell as my Energy Provider, my complaint is honest,transparent simple and evidence based. I wanted the supervisory staff to be the arbitrator on this occasion and to be aware many customers may have issues that are anxiety provoking, traumatizing and worrying. The High Energy prices and tariff regulation is not a barrier to investigate concerns.
