I bought a perfume and was sent a…

I bought a perfume and was sent a different iteration of it, and the box was damaged. However when I opened a case via PayPal and reached out to them, they were amenable to the solution I proposed.
They're definitely a decent company but perhaps they not too organised. I'll trust them again, for sure.

No response from customer service for…

No response from customer service for five days. The site does not work properly so I have no parcel and no options.
No answer by phone
So when you do get through on the phone, there's a 10 second delay (same with a different phone) meaning communication is extremely difficult, and in one case the agent got annoyed with me and accused me of interrupting him constantly.
They don't reply at all to contact via their online contact form, I tried three times.
Apparently they tried to deliver, but as they don't call or ring at the door, how am I supposed to answer?

Items missing from my order

Items missing from my order. I'm sure I can sort it out but it's very tedious.
Update: it was sorted out, they sent the item, plus a load of samples, which was nice, but I had to contact them again to remind them and it wasn't quick. All in all I'd probably trust them again.

Not good

They called on Thursday for a delivery, I wasn't in, but I told them I'd be there all day Friday.
No delivery on Friday, no info or explanation.
Now it's Monday and there's no information about time and I have to go out, then I'll be working all week.
There's no way to reschedule a delivery or request a relay point, etc. So it just goes round and round and I have no idaa how I'm going to get my parcel.

Totally useless

Totally useless, they lost my parcel, the took two weeks to do nothing and now they've sent it back to the sender for no reason. So I paid on 2 August and still don't have my order.
Customer service are deliberately obtuse, no useful info, explanations or solutions.

A punishing experience

The staff accessible on Facebook don't answer questions, instead they give vague pleasantries like "thank you for your patience", giving completely false information about the status of a parcel, and then never apologising for thier errors or actually trying to find out anything useful. It feels deliberate, almost like being gaslit. They're always polite but you'll get no useful information from them.
And days and days go by, and no information about where my parcel is or why it isn't being delivered.

BOYCOTT UPS USERS

Again, totally useless.
This time I am waiting for delivery today, when suddenly the status changes to "there is a problem with your address". There is no problem with my address, I've checked multiple times. So yet again, they've wasted my time and now I have no information about the delivery.
Uodate: two days of messaging with them on Facebook and being told the wrong thing. Now they have added 4 extra days onto the delivery time.
I'm going to boycott any companies which use UPS from now on.

I order a lot from this site

I order a lot from this site, and will probably continue to do so, as their prices are very competitive and I've mostly had no issues.
The products are genuine, however I've had several cases recently of packaging being damaged or products having already been opened (while the flacons and perfume inside were correct).
The first three times, the customer service responded and provided a solution.
This last time, no response. Their tone was somewhat dismissive, so I guess they got fed up with responding.
So order from here provided you don't plan to give the products as gifts, as the packaging may be ripped, open and/or not representing the product inside.

Deceitful

I place an order and pay extra for express shipping, then after I pay it says "normally available in 21 days".
I can see this is one of those sites which tricks you into ordering things which aren't in stock.
I'll use PayPal to get my money back.

Product is broken on delivery and it's impossible to find a way to signal the problem or claim a refund. Avoid this site! If you must order from this site, use PayPal as it's the only way you might be able to rectify a problem.

Absolutely abysmal.

Absolutely abysmal.
They frequently lose things or keep them in transit for 2 weeks for no reason, there's no simple contact methods, the lockers are too small or often full up when you want to send something. Absolutely terrible. Literally every 5th time I'm forced to use Vinted Go there is an issue meaning I either don't receive something I've paid for for ages or don't receive my money for ages longer than expected.

Pisspoor

Pisspoor website which doesn't have a clear way to reprogram your delivery. It took me 30 minutes to figure out how to do it, and even then it's not clear if I have correctly done it or not. Their app has nothing useful in it either and the language cannot be changed from Italian.

Wrong information

I've been waiting at home all day after they said they would deliver before noon. I even used their site to confirm I would be there. Now it's 12.27 and the info has changed to "before end of day", and I have to go out. This is so annoying, and it's always the same with FedEx

Pénible

Pénible. Les paiements et transferts sont bloqués sur le compte sans aucune explication. Je demande pourquoi, je reçois des infos erronées qui me demandent de faire des démarches qui n'existent pas. Je relance, et enfin j'ai une réponse qui a du sens. Bref je passe 4 jours (et ça continue tjrs là) sans pouvoir utiliser toutes les fonctions de mon compte par manque de communication efficace de leur part. Après, la galère pour déposer de l'argent, pour gérer les plafonds, etc etc, ça s'arrête pas. Je déconseille fortement cette "banque". Il y a d'autres banques online foncièrement moins catastrophique que celle-ci.
