If I could give zero or minus stars I would. Dreadful customer service. The delay in chat messages, incompetent arrogant Managers leads to very disappointed customers. My problem is still not resolved. I have been with Three for many years & they were the best but the last few years a simple question cannot be answered by customer service. The personal touch is sadly gone.

Delivery never arrived
Delivery never arrived (#5806418) No customer service phone line. After I posted my review on trustpilot.com, due to complete frustration with the lack of communication from Sports Direct customer service team. Eventually Sports Direct contacted me via email explaining that the courier company had lost my sons jacket and for the first time in over a month they offered me a refund. I expected a lot more from Sports Direct as we shop in their stores all the time. If I could give sports direct online, their customer service & their courier company zero stars I would. Very disappointed customer.
