I Now Have a Different/Happier/Calmer Dog

Easy to order value for money great choice of food could not believe how quickly my dog took to it very impressed.
Fast delivery was easy to change a couple of the choices for the following delivery, great customer service

Without Prejudice

When you contact Check A Trade about a review you have received regarding your company, you expect them to be accurate and verified.

Everyone’s opinion and review is important to all trades.

When you send factual evidence and supporting documentation to disrepute a review it comes back with the ‘client is entitled to an opinion’

Opinion and fact are two different things.

BUT when Check A Trade are provided with the actual verified facts they refuse to remove the review,

Check A Trade replied to the reviewer but incorrectly sent to the work email.

This is a case of liable content not only from the reviewer but also by Check A Trade who have all the factual evidence but refuse to remove the review and published it anyway.

This is biased on part of the honest people trying to earn a living on Check A Trade.

Please all be aware if you challenge a review you will spend ages getting this resolved without satisfaction.

This is ongoing and will be raised with Trading Standards and the Ombudsman, as this is slander and published with malicious content.
