Literally no response from support. You are on your own. Not only the there is no way to contact support over the web, and the support chat is hidden in several submenus of the app... Even if you find it, no one responds to you.
You can call them, free of charge only if you have a local SIM card, which most of the people that require the services of Booking.com don't have, or call an expensive foreign number, from a foreign country.
I managed to talk to a support representative, but the line died, no one emailed me back, no one called me back, no one has replied via the app. Just ZERO support. I highly recommend avoiding the services of Booking.com.

I bought "DEMO" tires that should have been driven up to 100km and barely used by the words and description of the seller. I received muddy tires with 1mm of tread missing and showing heavy signs of use. I contacted them for a return, but they charged me 120€ for the return, even though the purchased product didn't match their description of "DEMO" tires.
As a response to your reply. The entire process was handled via the official ticketing system. I provided photos of the extremely dirty tires and proof that some had heavy signs of use. I complained to the support person that the return cost should not be my burden since the tires are in bad shape. The support person ignored all my complaints and moved forward with the return process. It's was my mistake for not reading carefully the return cost and that it is not 30€ but 30€ per tire, which ended me up in a 120€ loss!
I wish I could attach photos here to show everyone the state of the product I received.

I bought a screen protector for my Pixel 9 Pro. I received the product, and the label on the box said it was for my phone—great. But when I tried to apply the foil, I noticed it was the wrong size. Someone probably mixed things up and put a 9 Pro XL foil in the box. No big deal, right? Customer support will help, right? WRONG!
I contacted support, they responded and apologised, saying they would send me a replacement product. After one week, I followed up and asked, "Any updates?" Their reply was, "We are waiting for the product from the supplier." More time passed, so I pinged them again and warned that if I didn’t hear back, I’d initiate a refund via PayPal. Still no response.
I went ahead and filled out the three pages of information required for a PayPal refund. After a few days—SUCCESS! Or so I thought.
They offered me a full refund if I returned the product.
I declined because I cannot return something that is already in the garbage. Since the first support person confirmed the replacement, I naturally discarded the foil after removing it from my phone—it was unusable. Once applied and removed, a foil is only good for the garbage can.
But now they’re asking me to return the product. I honestly don’t know if they’re being stupid or just plain evil.

Reviewed my Dyson V7, which had its battery die for the second time. For only €50, I was able to buy a more powerful replacement battery, and now the cordless V7 vacuum works stronger and has better suction than before. A very good investment!

I really went for it, filled my cart, pressed purchase, only to find out that "EU" apparently isn’t really "EU."
Their shipping options, even though they advertise as an EU store, are very limited. Turns out they only ship to Germany, Italy, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Spain. But Slovenia? Apparently, it is not part of the EU and poses a huge logistical challenge for them to deliver a product there.
I waited six days to hear back from their support team, only to receive confirmation of their inability and unwillingness to accommodate new customers. To top it off, the service agent didn’t even bother to suggest other European resellers that do carry their products, like Bonami.si.
Bonami does carry their products, just not the white version of the garbage bin I wanted, but I can’t bring myself to support a company like this. I was ready to spend €420 on a garbage bin and accessories.

Review of Eureka Ergonomic
I had issues with the chair backrest just randomly collapsing and dropping to its lowest point.
Fortunately, I bought it on Amazon!
I wrote a product review, and an Eureka employee said I should contact them directly.
Which I did, 6 days ago. No response so far.
Luckily, I contacted Amazon and showed them the same video proof I had sent Eureka, and they instantly refunded me.
After a long while and a back and forth with a support person that person hat contacted me over Amazon, I was provided with a brand new chair that cost 2x of the initial chair that I bought.
It a shame a shame that I had to go down like this, but it shows that the company still employs people who genuinely care about their customers.

The device works great, until it doesn't.
Random disconnects when navigating a foreign city are not great and can even cause serious accidents or traffic violations (fines) because you are trying to reboot your headunit, or you are replugging the AAwireless unit to make it work again.
I wish the product was more reliable.

Different stitching, different material, different sleeve length etc.
I mean, both are OK, it's just a bit trash that I actually paid more for the lesser quality hoodie.

Review of AUTODOC - Slovenia
I ordered and paid for 2 brake lights for my car. Delivered I got only one. I trusted Autodoc that they will be the fastest so the car will be functional. Now the car is still not usable since they delivered only ONE brake light.
I have sent an email and trying to call them for 4 hours now. Called them 50 times, the line is busy, honestly someone just took the phone of the hook to get a refund ASAP because I will go to a local shop to buy the product I have already paid for and was not delivered.

So I ordered the package to the wrong address... And tried your support to get it redirected to another address.
I tried having a live chat, waited 5 minutes to the support person to respond, and he/she found it convenient to end the chat when I was not responding for several minutes. Anyway I get back on live chat and the person promises it will be dealt with. No change in delivery address after a few days. Then I open a support ticket, never got a response. Then I tried live chat again where support tells me it's not possible to change the delivery address... Which is strange since the courier page says exactly that, that if I want it changed I need to contact the sender. Also still didn't get my package.
