As a sole trader, I was recommended Coconut by a friend who is a tax accountant - a pretty good start! I'm enormously impressed. During my month's free trial I spent a bit of time getting to know the app, by the end of which I'd worked through 10 months of financial data, connected transactions to the dozens of receipts I'd saved digitally and identified a handful of business-related payments from my personal account. This has already saved me many hours of work (and stress) at the end of the tax year. Now I just add receipts as I go along, meaning the whole process of preparing information for my tax return is going to be so much easier! I did have a few questions and have been impressed by the prompt, friendly - and above all human - responses from the customer service team. I will be recommending Coconut to all the sole traders I know.

Another person - and one usually super aware of scams - taken in by this company. Absolutely furious. I don’t even understand how it happened as I copied the website address from my DVLA form and my car IS now taxed, which it seems wasn’t other people’s experience (perhaps because I drive electric so my road tax is (for now!) £0. I’ve only lost £8.49 as I’ve now stopped future payments thru my bank and cancelled my account (which I wasn't aware I’d opened until I googled “vehicleinformation” and found their website).

Great ethics, good selection and affordable overseas delivery too.

I always like to buy from people rather than faceless conglomerates and when they are actively seeking to create a circular, more sustainable economy, even better. They had the titles I wanted, I ordered them, they arrived in good condition. What more do you need?!

I'd been buying loose dishwasher powder from a refill shop but hated the chemical smell and artifical fragrance. I took a gamble on Bide and had to wait a few weeks for a batch to be ready, but it was absolutely worth it! It does the job, I can use the right amount for my smaller-than-usual machine with no wastage - and it smells wonderful, of peppermint essential oils!
I absolutely love the company's ethics and would love to see them expand enough not to have to make 'on demand'. And maybe start supplying refill shops too?!

I've been a fan of ethical loo paper brands since WGAC first came to the UK and I've probably tried most of them, trying to find the perfect blend of sustainability, flushability and comfort.
I LOVE Sweet Cheeks! Using waste product from an existing industry (rather than virgin bamboo) makes sense to me, and it's softer than recycled paper.
Knowing I'm supporting a small family-run business is the icing on the cake! Thanks guys :-D

I was really upset to learn that my favourite Stabilo pens were being discontinued and my local stockist wouldn't be getting any more in. An online search led to this company where I was able to buy a couple of dozen in different colours at an excellent price, resolving the problem for the time being and giving me time to research an alternative in the long run!

Good service, products as described and arrived within the anticipated time frame. I delayed placing an order for several weeks due to uncertainty over sizing and not wanting to get the wrong size.

I use Good Energy because I like their ethical approach to a notoriously unethical business. They are not the cheapest but I’m glad to support active investment into renewable energy. I’ve always found Customer Services to be pleasant and efficient when I’ve needed them.

Very happy with the process and with every aspect of the installation. Dan was polite, considerate and informative and gave me lots of helpful advice and information.
Unfortunately he forget to tell me to plug in the display unit before he left (or make sure I did) or to mention that the gas meter only displays a reading on request, so the next morning I found both displays blank (the battery in the unit had already died) and thought nothing was working! Google saved the day, but it cost him a star!
