Complaint about customer service.

Bought an apple computer. Salesman was brilliant.
Had to return to store with a small technical problem. The staff member said he couldn’t do anything with it it had to go to apple shop. Went to apple shop the resolved it in two minutes and said the man at curry’s could easily have done the same thing but didn’t bother. This is shocking customer service by Curry’s. We will not be going back to this store.

Bathroom blinds

I liked the product and the quality of it not the pricing structure. I feel I should have been given a genuine price for the product instead of having to negotiate a price which ultimately I considered I was still overcharged for two very small blinds which did not equate to Hilary’s adverts.

John Lewis a good store

John Lewis staff member was very helpful in explaining the difference between various vacuum cleaners with unbiased advice. Product price compared favourably with other stores. One can always rely on John Lewis stores for all of the above on a visit to store.

Loft remedial work

Kai and Stefan were the two brilliant technicians who carried out excellent work on our loft which involved removal of entire old roofing felt, worn out loft fibreglass filling, raising the floor boarding and treating with mould treatment. Both men worked extremely hard, they were pleasant to have around and they left the place in excellent condition, after what was a very dirty job. Well done lads. We thoroughly recommend you both. Also a very good company also highly recommended.

Product fine

The product was fine but delivery was not. The time given for delivery was not adhered to and delivered long before it was due and we could not get to the door in time. The item therefore had to be collected from the post office which was inconvenient given it was such a bulky item and all avoidable if the item had arrived between the times given.
