Fantastic customer service.
"I ordered both a mobile phone blue light reduction screen protector, and what I thought was an EMF phone insert from Ocushield. Both were delivered promptly. I kept the screen protector, but had to return the EMF blocker as it was actually a phone case and not an insert. Apart from the wording on the website which could have been clearer about that particular issue, Ocushield were absolutely great. Customer service was absolutely outstanding in terms of communication when I needed to make a return- a huge well done to them for that. I would definitely use them again based on my interactions with them."

I love my these blue-blocking glasses
I love my these blue-blocking glasses: they're sturdy and they dim just the right amount of blue light. I'd had some from another company that kept breaking, and I switched to another brand that blocked too much light--it affected my sleep. I'm very happy with these. They're attractive too, a nice bonus.

Great product. Easy to install and feels excellent quality - also does what I wanted to protect my privacy. Fantastic service too. Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service - had trouble fitting shield on iPhone (my fault) and ruined the shield but on asking for help had a lovely helpful Email and was sent a replacement shield. This has now been fitted by my grandson and I am very pleased with it.

This company stands behind their products! After helping me with something earlier that wasn't their fault, my son accidentally dropped his phone and some knicks appeared in the screen shield that we had purchased. When I reached out to the company, they sent me a replacement for free!!!! This protector definitely does its job and they are quick to back up their product if something happens. High quality, but misleading costs.
The product is high quality, but it is rather expensive. I have two issues with it. The screens are far too reflective, which on the new iPhone 17 almost wipes out the point of their antireflective coating. My biggest grievance is that they advertise in Europe, in euros, yet the product ships from the UK, which under current regulations, means the end customer pays the import duties, significantly increasing the cost again. Ocushield either need to open a European outlet or they need to make it explicitly clear that import duties will be charged for European customers, otherwise its just a case of false advertising.

You’re absolutely right that import duties can be frustrating. We’re a small UK-based brand and, under current regulations, some European orders are charged customs on arrival. We’ve recently updated our checkout messaging to make this much clearer and are exploring EU fulfilment options to prevent this in the future.
As for the reflection issue, our tech team is already reviewing the coating balance for the next batch to keep protection high but visibility even better — your note is super helpful for that.

I have been buying screens from…
I have been buying screens from Ocushield every time I have changed my phone and always happy with the screen and the fast delivery. They work well for my eyes and protecting my phone. I had my first breakage last week when I dropped my phone face down on to stones, it did its job and kept my phone screen safe. Very happy.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. For over a week I have been trying to contact them, they don't bother to even read emails properly and reply accordingly, they don't reply to requests left directly to their colleagues over the phone. I give up. I would not recommend this company, all their resources seem to be aimed at marketing, SEO, etc but sadly none to support or products
