I left a review about a genuine experience with both ADP and JobLeads, and you are letting them harass me. Now, you sent me an email saying that you will remove my review if I don't change my opinion. I have taken a screenshot of your email message if you want proof later.

My experience is that its all spam from people with Middle Eastern names or high earners bragging about their 4-hour work week. Many job postings are scams because LinkedIn refused to screen or investigate these postings, even after you tell them about it. I don't know why employers still ask about this. 170 million people in the U.S. are employed, but only about a million are following on social media platforms. That's right, less than 1% of people find LinkedIn useful.

ADP demanded (through Trustpilot) that I give them my personal contact info or my review would be removed. So here come the spam calls... Anyway they want me to add info, so here is more... They used to always screw up my employees pay. Alot of times they hire couriers out of the bay area, over 100 miles away to drive my payroll to me, when they could've just printed the paychecks locally (lots of places do this). My employees used to have to wait 2 or 3 pay periods to finally get direct deposit. I gave ADP detailed instructions on how to enter the secured facility, but they still screwed up and often left the payroll package outside the gate on the public sidewalk and called the job done. Even though this job was shoddy, they still charged for the service. Now they have an online system that doesn't work sometimes. I put in for all my benefits, but they didn't care, my boss had to contact ADP, but they made me do it instead, then put me through to a scam center (overseas call center) where it turns out nothing was wrong, ADP was just going to wait until I complained, to start my benefits. Since that day, I've been receiving daily spam calls about medical alert devices, probably because your call center shared my info. Their inbox has short messages that don't actually give me any useful info. Also Trustpilot doesn't seem to have private messages. ADP keeps asking me to private message them, I still don't know what they are talking about. HEY ADP, CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE ME MORE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO "PRIVATE MESSAGE" YOU, BECAUSE AGAIN AS I SAID EARLIER, I'M NOT SEEING ANYWHERE TO DO THAT? Or if you truly want me to contact you, I'll call you on a DIRECT LINE, not your overseas call center number. I'm ready to receive your info.

Every employer uses them to fill out a job application. They say I can use a shortcut by uploading my resume, but then get all the info wrong, doubling my work because now I have to fix their mess before filling out my job history.

After i signed up, I got spam calls and emails. It kept telling me that it was stopping threats, but after I got rid of it, I didn't notice anything different. I also didn't like that it was impossible to remove from my computer, and now that I have a new computer, it bugs me for money even more, like it transferred its harassment to my new device. I complain, but i can only speak to virtual chat or call and talk to an indian guy. It interrupted everything I have ever worked on, and sometimes it still does now that its gone. The virus aren't stressing me out, McAfee is.

The military provides us this service for free, it collects your ssn saying it can get your tax documents, then tells you it can't get them, so you have to download a scanner app on your phone to send photos of your w2, 1099, etc. then it tells you your refund, which is actually much lower. then it says your tax processing was rejected.

Completely useless. they don't do anything accept give complicated instructions, then tell you you're doing it wrong. When you ask how to do it right, they send you to an AI or someone who can't help.

I sent them all of my work and education history. they used none of it to "match" me with jobs. They are just another website selling resume services.

There are "people" probably more like AI at the website that send you an email trying to get you to enroll in more training. The jobs you can search for that are listed very favorably are few and far between, plus they don't match any veteran I've ever known. I've been ghosted on some meetings that are set up on google meet, Karen Santiano Francisis trying real hard to get me to enroll in free IBM classes, but has not provided any resources thus far. It's probably just another resume builder website, no actual real help.

Upon signing up, my password didn't work. Don't ask me to create a password, then tell me I can't use it! So I had to change it, then they said that was incorrect, so I had to change it again, to my old password. I'm in now and every time I click on something, Jobs2careers wants to sell me Premium. I reference their postings with the actual employer websites, and the jobs don't exist, or the geographical location is different, or the pay is way lower than advertised. I've been a member less than a day and this is already more difficult than any paid job should be. I'm going to delete my profile.

THESE PEOPLE GAVE MY INFO TO EVERYONE, IM SICK AND TRYING TO REST, BUT I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THE CITY HEALTH, STATE HEALTH, PWN HEALTH IN NEW YORK (I'm in California) if you see Quest's name on anything, DON'T DO IT!

Same experience as everyone else, I filed a fraud report with the FTC Federal Trade Commission, I advise everyone else to do the same, as well as stop using Facebook if Meta can't keep the scammers off.

They kicked me out while I was a soldier on deployment.

They simply are unable to perform timely background checks. They make promises they can't keep.
