I joined recently and keep pinching myself, wondering why I waited so long! It is very quick to accumulate the €10 and the Tesco voucher, my preferred reward is instant. I receive it straight away. The surveys pay well and are enjoyable!
Biggest crooks on earth. They let u keep completing surveys after they had terminated your account. You will only know that your account was suspended when you try to payout. I didn’t do anything wrong but they deactivated my account

They have added some ads on the app. This means for some surveys, i need to constantly switch between orientations to find the button coz it will be hidden from my view and i cant scroll Stopped taking survey coz they don’t disclose the survey payout upfront

Good survey company and good payouts but I really hate the test questions at the beginning of the surveys. How am I supposed to know what sound a random animal makes? Some of them are super hard and then I get disqualified for getting it wrong
One of the worst. It only gives a range for the survey duration and payout—no specific details. You could end up spending 45 minutes to an hour on a survey that pays just 14 cents. Pathetic.

Stay away from them. Paypal Deposits from December aren’t paid till now. No reason for no payout! The daily Toluna wheel is fake. It does not give you points. It lands on 200points for example and tells u that u did not win. Waste of time! They make money from you doing surveys then dont bother to pay you Update 20 june 2025. Increasing my score as paypal deposits are way faster now. Money is deposited in your account after few clicks. Well done Toluna. Wheel is working for me again as well

I am very happy with this app. Interesting surveys that gives u at least 1coin for attempting even if you get disqualified i am just not giving 5 stars because the payment process takes up to a week or more. You also need to let people know that you can access pollpay via app or web browser! We also used to be able to see the number of rejected surveys but we can’t see that info anymore. Please bring it back Pollpay
Do not trust this company. Their loyalty fuel card is misleading! Their petrol prices are always 2 cents higher than the normal price, but they pretend you’re getting a 2-cent discount when you use their loyalty card. A failed direct debit costs €30—they charge you €30 if a direct debit doesn’t go through, even if they collect the payment two days later. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Useless loyalty card. Great way to make money. Short surveys with a good payout. Giving it a 4 as it is hard to get surveys due to a lot of people using bots to automatically gran available surveys. Payments comes in pounds and usd which is 😊
Changing the format was the worst decision ever! It was easier when you log in and see a list of surveys. The idea of sending same emails repeatedly was annoying me so i sparmed them. Because of that, I totally forgot that they exist. Bring back the old format please. We dont need dozens of emails per day from you!

They updated their application more than year ago but you still need to login twice to access your account on their irish life mobile app. You are first presented with the old login page. You enter details, press login the new login page appears where u need to re enter the details then press login again
I love doing their surveys and i could have given a 5 star but there are just too many glitches on their site. Paypal reward doesn’t work on mobile. You will wonder why as it used to work fine. Its not working on the website either. In addition, u were able to see how many points u need for a reward and that would motivate u to do more. Again that feature was taken away. This 2024. Dont ask me to go to a website to use certain features please lifepoints. We are in the mobile era!

This company is a joke. I ordered a sim card 3 weeks ago and i havent received it yet. Rang them a week ago and was told i will be contacted within 24 hrs but now a week later i haven’t heard from them. Stay away!

This company is a joke seriously. Item showed delivered but i dont have my parcel. Rang customer service and they dont even have access to the driver who supposedly delivered my parcel. How am i going to confirm if they indeed delivered my item? Rubbish company Update: it’s tue shipping company that missed some of the details so the parcel was delivered to a wrong address. Fedex should be able to track lost items though and should have quick access to the delivery driver.
Takes forever to build the points and be able to cash out. Surveys with higher points takes forever to be credited to your account. It pends for months till you forget about it. How is it my business that it is still open. Other survey companies are way better July 2025- wow wow wow! This company listens to its community! Higher points are now being credited on the same day. What an amazing company!

Used to be good but now i hate it. It is introducing several fees including exchange rate fees. All that used to be free. I tried to book an air ticket with Ethiopian airlines and it was declined by revolut due to what they call high risk. Contacted them via chat and was told there is no way the process can go thru. How is Ethopian airways high risk when I am telling you that i am the one trying to make a purchase? I had to transfer my money to someone else to buy me the ticket as if i dont have a bank. Sensing a lot of discrimination here. Just because its an african airline, it is a high risk? Risk to who exactly? What a useless card/bank. Stay away folks to save yourself from having high BP!
Update*** June 14th 2023 I was contacted by the Revolut duty manager (Ingvar)who explained in detail the reason why the transaction was declined. Although i am not entirely satisfied I am happy with their explanation and I am going to keep my account open as i really enjoy the benefits Revolut offers. I am now changing one star to 3 stars as i still find it a bit annoying that i still cannot use my Revolut card on some sites. I really want to rely on this card entirely
